Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort & Spa

Visited Reef oasis blue bay in June 2023 , it was beautiful and we had a fab time so decided to visit again . Emailed beforehand and asked for a quiet room , no point as they mix everyone together hence we had a noisy screaming family next door 😂 Beach lovely , great reef however not as much sea life as back in 2023 , may just be due to how busy it is now . Pools absolutely icy freezing with no people in them , only the small family pool heated and was busy and chaotic . Adult relax pool is stunning and very well run by the 2 guys but water was icy cold . If you like peace and relaxation then definitely this area is for you . My favourite holiday drink is Pina coladas but they don’t serve them here as they said they don’t carry the ingredients 😭😭 Food was below average, always cold or at best Luke warm . I found the buffet food stations completely messy on most days without staff attempting to tidy and wipe around . I did find myself quite hungry throughout the week as I missed meals due to restaurants more like busy canteens . Breakfast they have no idea what a cup of coffee is , every time we received a glass of milky virtually cold liquid , we gave up trying to explain 😔 Rooms were great size plenty of storage and well cleaned . The entertainment on offer is great and probably has the most going on than any hotel we have visited in Egypt . Hotel has lovely grounds and garden areas , and a row of shops which is nice . The clientele is predominantly Russian which can be a bit loud in large groups and don’t seem to have manners . Everyone is different and this is only my experience, however I do feel the hotel has slipped slightly from my previous stay especially in the food department. I would go again but only if it was a really good price 🙂☀️🙂☀️

Excellent Stay at Reef Blue Oasis Spa We booked a winter sun break at Reef Blue Oasis Spa with the aim of relaxing, enjoying the beautiful weather, and unwinding — and the hotel delivered on every level. The cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel were outstanding; everything was absolutely immaculate, both in the rooms and across the resort. A special mention to Muhammad Thabit, our waiter, who provided excellent service and was always friendly and welcoming. The staff truly go above and beyond. Tipping is not expected, but in our view, great service deserves recognition — and it’s wonderful to be able to directly reward staff for their hard work. The Piano Bar served the best drinks, thanks to Himdi, who was a fantastic barman and added a great atmosphere to the evenings. Sunset Court deserves high praise — an amazing team led by Hani (pronounced “Honey”). The food was excellent and the service genuinely five-star. We would highly recommend this restaurant for both breakfast and evening meals. The TUI representative was also very helpful and reached out to us when we were unable to attend the welcome meeting, which we really appreciated. The entertainment and animation team were very good, offering plenty of activities if you want to join in. That said, there are also lots of quiet areas where you can simply relax and sunbathe. The adult-only areas are especially peaceful and perfect if you’re not on a family holiday. Food choices across the hotel were good, with local spirits available. The pre-bookable à la carte restaurants were very enjoyable — the Italian restaurant is particularly popular, so be sure to book early upon arrival. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff, service, food, and cleanliness were exceptional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reef Blue Oasis Spa for a relaxing and high-quality

Just returned from here and missing it already . The staff helped make the holiday one to remember. All were so friendly, helpful and extremely hardworking. Hard to single out any individual as they were all brilliant. The hotel is clean , rooms , gardens are kept immaculate. Theres lots of choice of foods from the many restaurants. The food was delicious in every restaurant. There are several pools . We mainly stayed round the adults only pool , which was quiet and peaceful. The pool wasn’t very warm( but it is January). They do have a heated pool which was popular. Temperature during our stay was between25-30degrees centigrade but it felt warmer ! There’s a lovely beach with the option to snorkel off the reef ! The in house spa was great and worth a visit. The entertainment provided by the dance team was great too . I’d definitely return here !

3rd time visiting, last time was almost 12 years ago. There have been some improvements since for the better. Fantastic service throughout the hote, staff are very helpful and accommodating. Buffet food is good quality and lots of choice, especially in Sunset Court if you’re fond of curry. Extra special thanks to Hambdy in Block 3 for keeping our room clean and tidy and providing an exceptional service and also to the bar staff at the Relax Pool and Arena Bar for keeping us hydrated! We will definitely return.

We're here now, we leave on Wednesday. Our stay has been lovely. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food, there's something very everyone. Our only two little gripes are... The pools are freezing, apart from the one busy family pool, too busy for a couple of oldies. We've got a huge relax pool by our apartment, I've seen two people in it, this would be wonderful if it was warmer. The other gripe, no one wants to talk to us. Been here with my partner for nearly a week, ready to chuck him over the balcony 🤣 Don't Europeans like mixing with English?? Oh and the mosquitos noticed I was lonely, so decided to have a party, 100 bites so far. The hotel were great sourcing sprays and devices for our room. Thank you ROBB x
