Third time back to this superb hotel. Everything was 5 star. The staff make the hotel special and they work so hard. Special mentions to Mr Shenouda,Mr Salah Shakshouk and our pool guy Nabil Gamal. They worked so hard throughout the holiday making sure we were ok throughout our stay. We can't wait to return.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is absolutely stunning — incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The pools are magnificent, offering the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. The food is simply excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options every day. There’s always something to do thanks to the many activities available all day long — you’ll never get bored! A huge thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay so special. The entertainment team, especially Meliza and Sonia, are full of energy and kindness. The service is outstanding, with Ahmed and Mohamed always attentive and smiling. And a special mention to Momtasem, the photographer, for being so fun and nice 📸 The concierge and reception teams are incredibly professional and welcoming. A very big thank you to Salah, who speaks French perfectly and made everything so easy for us. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Sharm El Sheikh! ☀️💙

Weather was okay, but the hotel really made the trip. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The food was a highlight fresh, tasty, and loads of variety, so there was always something to look forward to. The whole hotel was spotless and housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay. What I loved most was how relaxed it felt, with no constant pressure from trip or activity sellers, which made a big difference. I’d definitely come back. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be nice if the waiters were a bit more proactive with tea or had it available for guests to help themselves. Other than that, a really enjoyable stay.

Excellent place. Fantastic staff and very good food. The service was excellent. Very convenient location. Shuttle service to Nama Bay was very handy. Despite buying all inclusive, somethings were still not included and had to be paid for. That’s the only criticism. Special mention of Amr Concierge who was the most helpful and excellent in his manners. Overall an excellent experience.
