The Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort is a fantastic place to unwind, with beautiful surroundings and immaculately kept grounds that make it easy to relax from day one. The facilities were always clean and well maintained, reflecting the care and attention that goes into the resort. From the moment we checked in, we were met with a warm and genuine welcome. Throughout our stay, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, no matter where we were in the resort. The level of service was consistently excellent, whether by the pool, in the restaurants, or simply passing through. It really made a difference to feel so well looked after at all times. We would like to give special thanks to Mohamed Taher, who was incredibly helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. His organisation and support ensured everything ran smoothly and made the whole experience stress free. A big thank you also to Amr and the team in the Posh Club for taking such great care of us and adding an extra level of enjoyment to our stay. Ahmed, our room attendant, kept our room spotless every day and did a fantastic job. At the Gamilla restaurant, Kotb and Sherif were always so welcoming and attentive at breakfast and lunch. Their friendly service made every visit enjoyable, and they really helped make our stay feel personal – we miss you! Overall, we had a memorable stay and left feeling relaxed, well cared for, and very appreciative of the service we received. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We love this hotel. The staff are fantastic and work so hard. Thank you to Ahmed at adult beach, Sayed and his young man who must walk miles every day delivering drinks at the main pool, Zeyad on reception who is always so responsive, Ahmed in the sports bar and most of all Mahommed at the jetty. He is a super hero keeping everyone safe!

This was our first visit to Sharm el Sheikh And what can I say was the best holiday Just book and go . Good Staff food and the hotel was wonderful, we had a swim up room they are great straight in the pool when you open your door the children loved having the pool . The pool towel man changed your towels didn’t have to move of the sun lounger . Entertainment was good for children around the pool and evening. The hotel never seemed crowded. Loved the restaurant on the beach for breakfast and lunch . Used all the Al cart food was so good and in the buffet. Our room was kept lovely and clean and made animals from the towels. Do not hesitate book will not be disappointed 10/10. We will be returning.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sunrise Diamond Grand Select. Every single member of staff was amazing—friendly, helpful, and incredibly attentive. From the cleaners to the bar staff, everyone was always smiling, happy to help, and truly went out of their way to make our stay special. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding throughout our stay. The rooms, pool areas, and all public spaces were kept spotless, which really added to the overall comfort and experience. The evening entertainment was also a real highlight. The shows each night were amazing—professional, fun, and something we genuinely looked forward to. There was always a great atmosphere and plenty to enjoy for all ages. A special mention has to go to Mohamed and Eliana from the entertainment team. They were outstanding—always taking the time to talk to us, making us feel welcome and included, and especially brilliant with the kids, who they never passed by withour giving them a high five. Their energy and kindness really made a difference to our holiday. We’d also like to thank Ibrahim and Mohamed from the splash pool, who were equally fantastic and helped us get sunbeds and always had our drinks brpught over to our beds and put our towels out on or beds. Overall, the service at this hotel is second to none, and it’s clear the staff genuinely care about their guests. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and welcoming holiday experience.
