Our 3rd visit, not our last! Fantastic hotel, with brilliant helpful staff. Clean spacious room very well by Mohamed who is friendly chatty and happy to help. He also makes towel art which the wife loves. Mahmoud and Amr around the adult pool keep you looked after with sun loungers and refreshing drinks. Plus no 6am gallop for a lounger! Restraunts all serve good food and there are lots of bars for an evening drink. Some hounarable metions here..Ibrahim in the jewels restraunt keeps the coffees,juices and beers topped up, Ahmed and Ibrahim in the sun ray bar never leave you straing at an empty glass. Same to be said of Mahdy and Mina in the latitude bar. So many staff but all with a great attitude and friendly demeanour, a credit to the hotel. Reserving the a la carte restraunts is simple via a mobile and they are all worth visiting. Pretty well maintained gardens set the backdrop for a smart well presented hotel. A very enjoyable holiday. We stayed with my daughter in February 2026. (And now I have a free time to write a review). We were given a room right opposite the water park. Special thanks to the reception managers for that! The guys do their job perfectly. We arrived early, were checked in quickly, and everything was very polite and hospitable. Thank you to Ahmed for that. Also, Saber helped resolve issues with lost items and cards during our stay. And I want to say a few words about the staff who touched my heart. Eslam – he made me a great pasta! It was perfect. Are you going to open your own restaurant with perfect pasta in Egypt? And get a Michelin star? I wish you a great career! Of course, Mohamed made the greatest omelette breakfast for us! I wish you a great career. Your smile and hospitality gave us positive emotions for the whole day. I hope you become a restaurant chef one day – you truly deserve it. Alaa always helped me. Whenever I asked for something, I always got it: reserve a table for us, let us take away a piece of cake for my daughter. These are small things, but for me it was the best service I've ever had. I love this hotel, excellent a la carte restaurants Basilico and Gamila. The restaurant Gamila has a wonderful waiter,his name Shady, he is kind and attentive.

We spent ten wonderful days at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort and honestly it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect from the first moment we arrived until the day we left. The location is stunning, the resort is beautiful, extremely clean, and full of activities and entertainment. Both the Going animation team and the international entertainment staff were fantastic: friendly, welcoming, fun, and always able to make every day special. The welcome and hospitality were exceptional. Every member of the staff was always smiling, kind, and ready to help. The bartenders in all the bars were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless every single day. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, always cleaning carefully, changing towels, keeping everything perfect, and always with kindness and a smile. The food was excellent and there was an incredible variety in the main restaurant: meat, fish, pizza, lasagna, salads, sandwiches, hot dogs, desserts, fresh fruit, and much more. Everything was delicious and very well organized. I have visited many hotels in my life, but this one was truly the most beautiful experience I have ever had. I honestly don’t know how to fully describe how amazing our stay was. The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the entertainment, the staff, and the service were all outstanding.
