What an unforgettable holiday at Kiroseiz Premier / Kiroseiz Parkland! From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The service, friendliness, and care we received were absolutely outstanding. A huge thank you to Hassan in the Atrium Restaurant for always looking after us so well while waiting our table — always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Ahmed, the Atrium Restaurant manager, was brilliant too… even if he was slightly terrified of riding my mobility scooter! 😂 Special mention to Michael in the Shisha Bar — we are really going to miss that lovely smiling face. Such a warm and genuine person who made every evening enjoyable. At the Dolphin Pool, Flemon was an incredible bartender who constantly kept the tasty drinks coming with a smile, and Abram, our amazing lifeguard, couldn’t do enough for us. He was always helping us get sunbeds and bringing lovely thick mats to keep us comfortable all day long. And we absolutely have to mention Tattoo Mark — fantastic service from start to finish! So chatty, friendly, and helpful. He took us to George & Minas for our tattoos, organised taxi service there and back, and even helped us shop around Naama Bay for the things we wanted. Truly went above and beyond! Oskar in his shop opposite the toilets near the Guest Relations. What a guy! He makes all the lotions and potions to fix anything! Go get his mosquito spray! Fantastic! Big shout out to everyone we haven’t mentioned by name — every single member of staff was amazing and worked so hard to make our holiday perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We leave with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back again soon! ❤️

Had a lovely stay for 1 week, lots to do on site. Food was amazing freshly cooked on the grill. Staff friendly and very helpful. We booked a boat excursion with Mario and had the best day snorkelling in the sea all staff on the boat were amazing. We also booked tattoos with Mark through his brothers tattoo studio called George and Mina down at Naama bay, amazing tattoo artists and such good prices. Over all our stay was one of the best and we have been to a lot of countries.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the same warmth, care, and exceptional service that keeps us coming back time after time. The level of service from both staff and management is simply outstanding. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect, creating such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the hotel. The food is absolutely fantastic, with a brilliant variety of choices to suit every taste. A special highlight for us was the unforgettable lemon dessert created by Chef Ayman Gerges—it was truly exceptional and something we looked forward to every time! Housekeeping and room service were equally impressive. Our room was maintained to an extremely high standard, always spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared. It’s clear that great pride is taken in every detail. The bar staff are always a joy—Abdullah and Bessum are amazing, friendly, and attentive, making every evening enjoyable. The guest relations team were always available and ready to help with anything we needed, ensuring our stay was smooth and stress-free. A special mention goes to Mr. Emad, the room booking manager who was brilliant and made the entire booking experience effortless. In the restaurant, Mr. Essam, Mr. Ali, and Mohammed were, as always, so welcoming and attentive, always happy to meet our every need with a smile. There are simply too many incredible staff members to mention individually, but each one plays a part in making every stay here extra special. Their dedication truly makes your holiday experience unforgettable. its was first time in egypt for me and my family.i enjoyed the pool. the activities the stretching. aqua gym.the staff here was really good.

AMAZING HOTEL! The water slides were fantastic, I re-found my love for them (I’m in my 40’s!) . Pools great size, staff were lovely, very helpful. Big shout out to Maisie from entertainment! She was soo lovely.
