THINK THINK THINK!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO Privacy Before you go to this Resort THINK Twice As there will be NO Privacy Spa staff make videos & take your naked pics when massage you, When they got caught Red Handed. Then the darama starts, Resort manager was more worried about the reputation of Resort than the incident took place. We made complaint & no Reference was given , they refused to give us any proof which show we made the compliant & this incident took place. Instead they started to threaten us if we go to police they will use their lawyers( as its is us who committed crime) Total waste of money & time, If you are concerned about your Privacy Avoid to go to this Resort. & EGYPT SCAMMERS !!!!!

COPIED FROM THE EMAIL I SENT TO HOTEL AS NO TIME TO DO SEPERATE REVIEW! Firstly, I’d like for you to consider that I paid an extortionate amount of hard-earned money for this package. And as a Travel Agent that has great relations with both the UK and Egyptian tourism boards, I have clients and tourists travelling to Egypt frequently, clients that are also seeking 5 Star Hotels, I will certainly not be recommending this one. May I also add that my son, who is travelling with me is the Reception Manager at a 5 Star Radisson Collection Hotel in Manchester and he strongly agrees that this resort does not match any 5-star qualities or amenities. The public guest areas and the daytime/evening entertainment etc is fantastic and every staff member we have interacted with have been kind and compassionate with us. On the other hand, in my 20+ years in the Travel Industry and my sons experience of working at some of the UK’s finest hotels neither of us have experienced such woeful, repulsive food. The ‘Children’s Buffet’ consisted of one option which was French Fries, having just one option for children is completely unacceptable. The adult options are disgusting, repetitive and extremely poor quality. I’m unsure of which supplier you use but I strongly recommend looking into sourcing a new one as the food is simply inedible. Due to my accomplished stance in The Travel Industry in the UK I was lucky enough to be hosted at The Grand Hotel, Sharm in October so I can send clients of mine there. Although The Grand is a 4* the facilities there are fantastic and the property was spotless and amazing food which enhanced my expectations of this hotel, my expectations certainly haven’t been met. After speaking to other UK guests, it seems to be a very common complaint. Understandably you cater to the Russian market, however it seems the British market here makes up a minimum of 40% therefore you should cater to all not selectively. I don’t expect English food, but I do expect it to be edible. The gesture of fruit in our room was nice, however two apples and two oranges in cling-film didn’t appease me at all. Maybe some mango or fresh orange that you charge for would have been a better option. I would also like to add that the sun loungers are extremely dangerous. Sharp broken metal is an accident waiting to happen – I have numerous pictures of this, along with broken, old chairs in the outside dining area covered in bird poo!! I am not emailing you for any form of compensation, it’s pointless, but I do urge you to make changes imminently, as anyone with travel experience, be that professionally or personally, will struggle to recommend your property to others. In my professional capacity I certainly wouldn’t sell the Xpereince to anyone for fear of complaints. In conclusion, you may be happy catering for the “rough” British clients in this manner, but anyone who’s stayed in Egyptian 5* previously will be severely disappointed. The only good thing about this hotel is the very hardworking staff!! 7 star staff, 2 star hotel.

The whole stay was amazing! There was something for everyone.. New Year’s Eve was brilliant! We stayed in the hotel some days, but went to naama bay, farsha, soho and a boat trip easily - and the beaches on the hotel bus. Shops /chemist are easy to walk to Watching the sunset was gorgeous We were near el farner beach Everyone friendly There were lots of helpful staff at the hotel but the main one, was Ashraf, the restaurant manager, he was fantastic and got me everything I asked for. And translated to the others what I was saying! Ahmed was great too xx I will definately return again :)

Very nice from A to Z . Huge resort very friendly staff and helpful. Food is good and we had beautiful new year eve at no extra cost te management made to be unforgettable. Thank you for all the team from the reception to the door security .definitely will see you again guys 🙏🙏

Excellent stay rooms clean and tidy. Staff are so polite and fun to be around from the cleaners , bar staff and pool boys. Sayed , Ali and Mo great bunch of boys nothing was too much trouble for them around the main pool area and they are always working hard to keep pool area safe clean and tidy.
