The hotel was amazing and so clean! the food was good too and had good variety, we went to the spa one day and I got a full body massage from Emma Dimitra who was so lovely and amazing at her job! I would definitely recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — beautiful surroundings and easy access to everything we wanted to see. The service was incredible from start to finish, and every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had a spa treatment with Elena, who was brilliant — so professional and made the experience so relaxing. The spa manager, Emma, was also lovely and really helpful with recommending the best treatments to suit what I wanted. We also booked a couple of excursions through a fantastic local company not far from the hotel — both trips, to Santorini and Spinalonga, were unforgettable. Overall, everything about the stay was perfect — I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to come back!

Booked a week away in the sun. Arrived around 9pm. We booked a plunge pool with a city view. The plunge pool was cold and room extremely noisey as it’s on the main road. The city view was the building opposite. We changed rooms the next day to a hot tub room. This room was advertised as a cheaper room when in booked but then had to pay €120 to move rooms. Another night of no sleep thanks to guests this time back to reception and spoke with a manager called Maria who agreed to move us again no charge this time. The third room had a hot tub in a quiet part of the hotel. No noise issues this time. We upgraded to all inclusive which had a great selection of food and drink the first few days and then as things ran out you had less choice. Food quality great and plenty of options the first 4/5 days then last few days it felt like what ever was left. Great hotel and location. Just a shame it felt like everything was being packed around us. Considering how much this holiday cost us I felt as if we didn’t sit on a sun bed or chair it would be packed away.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I simply had to on this occasion mainly because of the incredible staff who made our holiday so special. We were a family travelling with our children, and from the very beginning we were impressed by the hotel’s elegant décor, its perfect location, and the wonderful rooftop area. It’s a lovely spot to relax in the sun during the day, enjoy a swim, and take in the beautiful views an absolute gem for those lazy holiday afternoons. Having travelled extensively and stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, I can honestly say that the first thing I always notice is the level of professionalism from the staff. And in this hotel, it truly stood out in the most of the departments. As a 5 star hotel owner myself, based in Manchester, I was genuinely impressed by the team’s warmth, dedication and genuine care, qualities that can’t be taught, only felt.. The only small issue we faced during our stay was with the food, but once we spoke to Dimitra from Guest Relations, everything was immediately sorted out. She personally connected us with the chef, and the matter was handled swiftly and professionally. As someone who owns a hotel myself, I can only say that I wish we had someone like her on our own team back in Manchester , she’s the kind of person every hotel dreams of having for their guests. I must take a moment to speak about Dimitra, because she truly made a lasting impression on us. We have honestly never met someone so positive, so full of life and warmth a true ray of sunshine. She was always smiling, approachable, and genuinely cared about every guest. You could tell right away that she truly loves what she does not just her job, but the hotel itself. She often spoke with such passion about the place and the team she works with, and that kind of genuine love and pride is something very rare these days. Our teens absolutely adored her and were always asking when they’d see her again.. Dimitra really stood out and many of guests we were interacted with had same opinion , she helped us plan excursions, gave us brilliant recommendations, and sorted out anything we needed in no time at all. She’s a real treasure for the hotel, and I sincerely hope her management knows how lucky they are to have her. A heartfelt thank you as well to the reception team, who were always polite, welcoming, and efficient. The hotel has clearly made excellent choices when it comes to their staff. A special mention also goes to Stefanos at the bar, who was absolutely lovely,always kind, attentive and welcoming, making every visit to the bar a real pleasure. And of course, a big thank you to the housekeeping team for their excellent work ,the rooms were always spotless, beautifully maintained and a true credit to the hotel Lastly, a big mention for the team at the beach, who work incredibly hard every day. Kostas and his team were absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. All in all, our stay was fantastic , abeautiful hotel made truly unforgettable by the amazing people who work there. We’ll definitely be coming back!!

Akasha is by far the best holiday I have been on the hotel as a whole is amazing but what made our trip unforgettable was the service and kindness of the beach house staff. With amazing views it was already a hit for us but the friendly and caring staff made it just that much better, we will definitely be returning next year.
