Great hotel well worth its 4 star rating. Food good though l have had better cooked breakfast. View from restraunt is unbelievable, we also benefitted from a sea view room. Only issue we had was tui after a mix up with case. Their 24 hr customer service is a joke.l would definitely go again but with another provider

This was our first trip to Crete. And it was an incredible vacation. Thank you to all the hotel staff for the service, sincerity, delicious food and drinks. Everything was great. I'm sure we will come back here again.

We arrived very early in season and were given a fantastic family room just a few steps up from the swimming pool. The Hotel looks out over bay and is designed beautifully for that and respect. The room was spacious and had great air-conditioning. The pool is nice and new and clean. The are very friendly. The food is okay, but could’ve been a little bit more exciting for a four star hotel. The free drinks were the usual local brands andall other drinks were at the usual bar prices. The one thing I can say is that there is not an awful lot else around hotel to do. It’s a very small village with just a short sea front with a few bars and restaurants. The water is crystal clear Prince of the beaches a short walk away over The hills are beautiful too. I would recommend getting a hire car and travelling east and west of the island to see some of the most beautiful beaches.

After reading the reviews we had planned to eat out a few times but in the end the food was good. A good selection of hot food, plenty of fresh salad and superb desserts. Special thanks to Eva and Ibrahim who kept us supplied with drinks and were always smiling. You can get fresh pizza from the bar until 6 and it was always freshly made. If there was none left a quick phone call and someone prepared fresh ones ready in a few minutes. As per previous reviews sunbed availability can be an issue although we always found space but the lovely beach is a 5 min walk away. Would recommend

Came to this hotel Solo for my 60th Birthday, the hotel was lovely and clean, the cleaners were really friendly, the bar staff lovely, the Manager couldn’t do enough for you! The pool was relaxing, the beach was close by. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay for my 60th birthday.
