Having stayed in 5-star hotels around the world, I found this one to be well below that standard and not among the best I’ve experienced. My trip also began on a difficult note due to a family funeral, which meant I had to travel a day later than planned, with my partner arriving several days after me. When I arrived, there was no real acknowledgment or expression of sympathy from the staff regarding the situation, which was disappointing. I had booked a sea view room but was initially given a room with only a limited, partially obstructed sea view due to trees and nearby buildings. I requested a change and was moved the following day, but this felt reluctant rather than accommodating. Overall, the staff came across as cold and lacking warmth or genuine care for guests, which stood out negatively based on my previous experience working in hotel reception myself and understanding the importance of good service to guests. While the resort itself is visually impressive, it does not live up to its potential. The beach was unclean, room cleanliness was below expectations on some days, and the food quality was inconsistent. We opted for half board, which I’m glad we did, as other guests on all-inclusive packages mentioned still needing to pay extra for certain restaurants that were difficult to book anyway, leaving them mostly limited to the main buffet. Also the service at the beach bar is extremely slow, they have several runners but only ONE person who takes orders which makes the service slow. It was also very difficult to secure reservations for activities such as cooking and cocktail-making classes, as they were fully booked throughout our stay. Although we tried to make the most of the holiday and even extended our stay by paying an extra day for €280 due to the day we lost out on, the hotel was unwilling to offer much flexibility or understanding despite my late arrival and losing out on a day due to a funeral, which they had been informed about via email and responded to slowly. Overall, while the resort has aesthetic appeal, the lack of hospitality, compassion, and guest consideration significantly impacted the experience. I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it.

Had an Aroma therapy massage and gave yoga with Nina. She was fantastic. Really took her time and felt very relaxed afterwards. I also had a pedicure with Erofili. Such a lovely lady. The best pedicure with French manicure I have ever had. Would definitely recommend

We’ve had an amazing honeymoon experience at this hotel. The room was everything we hoped for with a private pool and sea view. We would recommend having the mythica package, the hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us. One of the highlights of our trip was the food at the miribella restaurant, it was exceptional from start to finish and the service was outstanding. Particularly captain who looked after us throughout our stay and made every day feel special!
