Went to cooks club for 10 days had the best time everything was amazing the staff were so friendly especially the bar staff and waitress who end up knowing our drink order by the 3rd day (2 Natasha’s) we end up staying in hotel every night as the entertainment was better than the bars down the street would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning x

The boho-style hotel is modern and has a wonderfully lively atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade and stayed in a lovely junior suite for the week. There is absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the room. Just one small suggestion: please consider adding softer and thinner pillows as an option. We had chosen the BB meal plan. The buffet breakfast was rich and delicious throughout the week, although the selection stayed mostly the same every day. We especially loved the possibility to order custom-made omelets with our preferred ingredients. Throughout the day, it was possible to order food from the restaurant menu whenever desired. The food was prepared quickly, always fresh, and very tasty. The hotel also has a spa. We tried the back, neck and shoulders massage, which was extremely relaxing. There is a live DJ every day, and different themed evenings start at 9 pm. And what truly impressed us was the amazing staff. Every question was answered and every request fulfilled. Best aromatherapy massage I’ve ever had! My spa therapist Ioanna was lovely & I left feeling very relaxed. Would definitely recommend.

Overall very good experience within the spa, we came in the day before to book our treatments, very helpful staff explaining all of the different treatments available. I had Eleana as my therapist, I had a head massage was very very good and relaxing!

I recently stayed at Cook’s Club in Crete and had a really lovely experience overall. It’s a very modern hotel with a stylish atmosphere, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. We were first greeted by Iro at reception, who gave us such a warm welcome and was very helpful throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Naysika at reception, who was just as friendly and accommodating. As the hotel had just opened for the season, it was very quiet during our stay. However, I can easily imagine it having a really fun and lively atmosphere when it’s busier, with the sun out and the DJ playing great music. The hotel also has a spa on site, which is independently run. The spa receptionist, Irene, was so welcoming and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I had my treatment with Ioanna, and it was absolutely lovely—very relaxing and just what I needed. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to consider including access to the spa and hammam when booking a treatment. At the moment, there are quite a few separate charges for different elements, which can add up and slightly take away from the overall relaxing experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with genuinely friendly and attentive staff, and I would definitely recommend it.
