Wonderful Hotel Perfect staff

Creta Royal Hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely service‑minded, friendly, and competent. It’s rare to encounter a place where there isn’t a single grumpy face. The beach was conveniently right next to the hotel with no roads to cross. The hotel was adults‑only, which was a nice change of pace – very peaceful :-)

Just recently stayed here and would definitely come back and stay again. The hotel and grounds were clean and well kept and the staff were so nice and friendly especially the bar staff and a young man called Giorgos who was really chatty and polite. The food was good especially the puddings , wine not so good as tasted water down. The only down side of sometimes going into to eat was if they were grilling the room got to filled with smoke which then made your clothes and hair smell . Great pool with really easy access to the sea. Nothing to do when you come out of the hotel as a little bit out of the way but a bus or taxi ride to Rethymnon town is well worth a visit. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in a fantastic location right on the beach. Rooms are spacious and stylish. Staff were wonderful and the food was amazing. We went on an all inclusive package which is definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and there are plenty of loungers so didn’t see any early morning lounger baggers! The vibe is very relaxed. There is entertainment each night in the hotel next door if you fancy it and also a well stocked shop there too. The spa is worth a visit and we had the best full body massage I’ve ever had. The sunsets from here are outstanding. Definitely recommend.

Another great stay at Creta Royal our 2nd time here.Nothing is a problem for the staff .Food is varied and good.Big shout out to Manolis and Toula at the pool bar .They are a great asset to the Hotel
