Grecotel Casa Adele

Never liked those so-called family resorts. Well, here it's different. All (EVERY! SINGLE! EMPLOYEE!) staff is there to help YOU, with a big warm smile - just ask. Only example of rudeness I've seen were the early-bird tourists throwing their towels on the sunbeds since 6 AM. Always hated those weirdos! :) The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped - perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids, each of 8 yrs. Only issue was with the soundproofing of the windows, which is quite low (sliding system). AC works even without the key card inside the slot. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, with new/clean towels whenever requested. The kitchenette has it all, especially that fridge to keep your beverages ice cold (you have to turn it on in order to have it working). Half board meal plan lets you discover the island, having lunch whenever and wherever you get hungry. Quite some options in the hotel buffet - always delicious and fresh melon and watermelon. Should you have any allergies/restrictions staff will gladly help with solutions. Drinks are not included for dinner (2.5 EUR for a 1 liter water bottle is more than decent) and breakfast coffee is crap but that's worldwide standard, so can't complain :) Main outdoor swimming pool is accompanied by a smaller one, for kids. There's a second outdoor pool which we didn't get to try but it might be more quiet as it's a bit hidden. Plenty of free parking spots in the proximity, either at the hotel's secured lot (3 minute walk) or public, in the back. Very nice place, with real people working there, making sure that you get to relax while in vacation. BIG THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM AT GRECOTEL CASA ADELE!!!

The place is just amazing, very clean and modern, the ambiance is very intimate and cozy, perfect for families. The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. The staff team is very numerous and like a big family for the tourists. Staff members are always there to help you with patience and friendliness. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel, so it’s easy to go anywhere you want. The pools are also very clean and well maintained. Last, but not least, I appreciate the food quality and diversity, the dishes are delicious.

Our family (two adults and two children aged 4 and 8 from Kyiv, Ukraine) has just returned home with hearts full of gratitude. Having visited around 30 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels for both work and leisure, I rarely write long reviews. However, Casa Adele truly deserves one. From the very first moment, we felt that hospitality here is not just a service - it is a genuine culture. We arrived at around 1:30 a.m. after a long journey. The online check-in was quick and effortless, our luggage was kindly delivered to the room, and despite the late hour, everything had been perfectly prepared for our arrival. Because I had informed the hotel in advance about our late check-in, we found carefully packed sandwiches, fresh fruit and bottled water waiting for us in the refrigerator. After such a long trip with two children, this thoughtful gesture meant so much. During our stay we celebrated two very special occasions: our 10th wedding anniversary and our daughter Sofia's 4th birthday. When we entered our room on the first night, we were greeted with a beautiful anniversary cake, a bottle of excellent sparkling wine and, most importantly, a handwritten card with warm personal wishes. In today's world, handwritten notes have become so rare that this simple gesture genuinely touched us. Thank you for making us feel so special. For daughter's birthday, the hotel even offered us several celebration options. We chose to celebrate in the restaurant. The staff brought out a beautiful birthday cake with candles while the entire restaurant sang "Happy Birthday." It was sincere, joyful and unforgettable. I was deeply moved. Throughout our stay it became obvious that every message I had sent before our arrival had actually been read and remembered. Nothing was forgotten - our late arrival, our anniversary, our daughter's birthday, even our return transfer. Before departure we received a personal reminder letter in our room. This level of attention to detail is something I have experienced only a handful of times. The greatest treasure of Casa Adele is undoubtedly its people. Every single member of the team smiled sincerely, offered help before being asked and treated every guest with genuine kindness, regardless of tips or expectations. I would especially like to thank Mrs. Anna for her professionalism, warmth and constant positive attitude. She is one of those elegant, welcoming people whose presence immediately makes guests feel at home. A heartfelt thank you also goes to the Restaurant Manager, who was always attentive, approachable and incredibly quick to respond to every request with genuine care. Special thanks to Stathis I. Theodorakis (Assistant Room Division Manager) for such a warm welcome, for the wonderful attention given to our children and for the thoughtful little gifts that made them feel so happy. My sincere appreciation also goes to Resident Manager Antonios Stathakis. Outstanding hospitality always begins with leadership, and it is clear that the entire team shares the same philosophy of genuine care. The Kids Club deserves its own section because it is honestly one of the best we have ever experienced. A very special thank you to Miss Georgia. She is not simply supervising children - she inspires them (as well as their parents!) She creates, teaches, encourages and truly connects with every child. She patiently explained how to use different materials, motivated children to create their own projects and made both children and parents feel welcome. She is one of those rare people you meet and immediately feel you would happily stay friends with for life. The Kids Club itself is beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped. It is surrounded by palm trees and lush greenery. Our children saw bananas growing on a tree for the very first time, and later they even had the opportunity to taste them when they had ripened. Experiences like these cannot be bought. The creativity program was exceptional. Children worked mostly with natural materials, including beautiful white clay of excellent quality. They created clay beads, dried them, painted them and turned them into necklaces they proudly brought home. The art materials were surprisingly high quality. The paints mixed beautifully, produced vibrant clean colours, dried quickly and, importantly for parents, washed out of clothing remarkably well. Protective aprons were provided, although with enthusiastic little artists, a few colourful spots are almost inevitable. The indoor playroom was equally impressive. Wooden toys, a lovely wooden play kitchen, puzzles for different ages, construction sets and even musical floor mats kept children happily engaged for hours. We also loved painting sea stones collected from the beach - a simple but wonderful activity that our children will remember. As parents, we truly appreciated that Grecotel clearly invests in children's creativity instead of filling the club with cheap plastic toys. Our White Studio room fully matched the photographs on the website. Everything looked fresh, modern and clean. The interior design deserves special praise. Every detail seemed carefully chosen. Beautiful embroidered textiles, elegant decorative pieces, stylish coffee tables, carefully selected lighting, two lovely terraces - one with tiled flooring and another opening onto a green lawn with trees - created an atmosphere of calm elegance. The kitchenette was equipped better than many private apartments. Coffee machine, toaster, plenty of quality tableware and everything one might need for a longer stay were provided. Although we hardly used it because breakfast and dinner were excellent and our children usually had lunch at the Tasty Corner, it was reassuring to have such a well-equipped space. The hotel grounds are another highlight. Walking through Casa Adele feels like wandering through a charming Greek village. Beautiful gardens, flowers, olive trees and peaceful pathways create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere both during the day and in the evening. There are three swimming pools, two with children's sections, and regular activities including aqua fitness and yoga several times each week. The beach is only a short three-minute walk from the hotel. Sunbeds and umbrellas are complimentary, and in our opinion the loungers were the most comfortable among the nearby beach areas. One fascinating feature of the beach is its variety of natural surfaces: soft sand, fine pebbles, larger pebbles at the shoreline and rounded stones under the water. Our children happily played with both sand and pebbles for hours. Because the sea is open, there are often waves, which we actually enjoyed. However, I would recommend bringing water shoes, especially for children, as entering and leaving the sea can be slightly uncomfortable due to the larger stones. Casa Adele fully deserves its four stars and its excellent reputation. It is also a wonderful representative of the Grecotel family. You can feel that every decision here is made with care, every detail has been considered and every guest matters. We arrived expecting an excellent hotel. We left feeling that we had been welcomed into a place where people genuinely care. Thank you for giving our family memories that we will treasure for many years. We sincerely hope to return.
