Grecotel Casa Adele

Your hospitality was great, everthying was fine! We had a very nice week! We've been in this hotel for the second time. The first time its name was Gran Leoniki, the name has changed to Case Adele since then. We love Crete in general, this was already our 5th stay on the island. We've always enjoyed our stay there, but this hotel was exceptionally good. The room was excellent. Clean and well equipped. Your crew members were more than friendly, thonk you for that as well! If possible, we plan to return next summer as well, and we surely recommend it to everyone. Beata and Csaba from Hungary.

Just to be clear: we will be coming back. We want to highlight the exceptional quality of the service. From the moment we arrived in the evening and were greeted at the reception, to the cleaning staff, the people welcoming us at the meals, the waiters, the chefs, the lifeguards, and the young man at the gym – the service was 10/10. It is rare that everything feels like it runs smoothly, but the staff here gave us exactly that experience. Even when the dining areas were completely chaotic with large crowds, you still had the feeling that everything was running effortlessly. When the staff consistently meet you with a smile, it speaks for itself: there is nothing to deduct. The entire experience was perfect. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was a highlight. I want to commend the chefs who prepare everything from scratch and who bring that Greek charm when they see you. The food was 10/10. The cleanliness was also 10/10. Everything felt well maintained, fresh, and taken care of throughout our stay. As for the location, it was right in the heart of everything. A short walk to the beach, where the hotel has its own designated area, and free parking on the property. There are also bus stops nearby that make it easy to get to the Old Town, and driving is of course an option too – thankfully, parking in the area is straightforward. We were a couple traveling together, and although there were many families with children, it never took anything away from our experience. It was also fun to see that the hotel offered morning yoga sessions for both adults and kids. After two weeks, we had to end our stay, and it genuinely felt like saying goodbye to friends. The entire stay was absolutely worth the money.

Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff, located near shops and beach. We look forward to returning in the future.
