INNSiDE Elounda (ex. Elounda Ilion)

I had an exceptional stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Elounda. From the moment we arrived, the front-of-house team ( especially Irini )made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm, professional, and attentive service. Nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality food to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day while taking in the breathtaking views over Elounda Bay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning scenery in every direction. Our room was spacious, stylish, and featured a gorgeous private plunge pool, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the incredible surroundings. Really enjoyed the very chic and tranquil gym . It’s about a 30 minute walk int Elounda town or 12 eur in a taxi. Hotel has only been open since May and everything is brand new The combination of excellent service, spectacular views, luxurious rooms, and an amazing breakfast made this a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend INNSiDE by Meliá Elounda to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality holiday in Crete, and I would happily return. They make a very good Hugo !!

From start to finish this was an incredible experience. I was a solo traveller and felt incredibly safe. This hotel only opened up in May 2026 and so that is why there are no reviews, I took a gamble after booking a few days before I left and so glad I did. The hotel is a soho house inspired decor with everything brand new and stunning, the staff went above and beyond and nothing was too big or too small, they are exceptionally attentive. The pool area is stunning and quiet and everyone was very respectful. The food was incredible and exceptionally reasonably priced for a 5* hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There is a gold buggy that can take you to the bottom of the road for taxis to Elounda which is a lovely little town for a bit of shopping and dinner - 12 Euros. There is no beach as you are up on the hill but I did walk down to the public inlet with a beach bar and loungers. I also went to Macrame beach club which was great and a 20 min taxi which was 40 Euros each way. I needed 6 days to decompress and I really got it, i had to drag myself out of the hotel as it was so comfortable to sightsee. The reception will call the taxis for you and you have a whatsapp number to message them when you need. Please book this hotel if you are umming and ahing over a few - you will not be disappointed - for context, I have travelled a lot as I was an ex-pat and to be impressed takes a lot! This is also my first ever review! side note: for transfers - I used BEST CRETE TRANSFERS to and from the airport which is just under an hour to the hotel (148Euros) on the advice from other trip advisor reviews

We spent two weeks in Crete on our honeymoon, and one of those weeks was at this hotel. It exceeded all of our expectations by far. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They even surprised us with a small cake wishing us a wonderful honeymoon. The food was amazing, and the pool area was incredible, with comfortable sun loungers and a relaxing atmosphere. There was also a great gym where you could work out outdoors in the shade. This trip deserves all the stars in the world. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special! ❤️

Superb! This is a Fabulous property. Excellent facilities and location. Spotlessly clean. Great selection of rooms. Stunning pool area with amazing views. The team are very welcoming, warm, genuine with attention to every detail. Every guest is made to feel valued. The breakfast and dining selection and experience is outstanding. Fantastic 5* hotel resort, beautiful sea views, calm area. Large well designed super clean modern rooms/lofts with free daily refilled minibar. Intimate luxury boutique feel with warm earthy tones. Gorgeous pool with very comfy loungers. A lovely outdoor gym. Delicious breakfast and dinner with plenty of local Cretan products e.g. cheeses, olives, honey, olive oils. Room service was always super efficient. Warm and professional service from everyone, a special thanks to Lucas the General Manager and Christos the F&B Manager and the friendly and helpful events/concierge young lady. An outstanding value.
