Forcefully entertained! Impossible to sleep before 11pm. I even bought ear plugs, something I never ever used. The few Bingo candidates are entertained with top level microphone animation! Even with closed windows and AC you are part of it. I phoned the reception which insisted that "we have to entertain our clients." So the majority of clients who don't sit at the pool bar should just bear with it? "You are the only one to complain." Honestly??? We came for sports, but forget an hour of calm in the building next to the main pool, overlooking the garden, theatre, and pool bar. They offered another room: half the size and overlooking the forest of steaming funnels from the kitchen. We declined and I bought the ear plugs. The animation team's main slogan was "hakuna matata." Sorry guys, this is Crete and you create a lot of "matata." And one more thing: don't let the sea breeze get into your room, it will sweep the dirt from under your bed (including lost cans) into sight...

Amazing entertainment for families topped the whole experience, great food choice and very clean!

Spa treatment from Rafaela was excellent! I had a back and neck massage. Everyone there was really friendly and helpful.

Aggelos is a maestro. I never had a massage before and did not expect it to be a mental experience as well as a physical one. Aggelos really was able to apply the right pressure in the right places to leave me floating afterwards. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to shake off some physical and mental tension.
