Spa Review I had an amazing Spa treatment with Aggelos, I left feeling very relaxed. One of the best massages I have had. Would recommend a visit.

We had a great time with 2 kids in the room with private pool. Nice clean room. Kind staff. Excellent service. Great food. Excellent water park for kids. I never seen so big area for all ages. Many pools. Enough free beds at sea. The only problem was the access to sea. Thank you we had great holiday.

Great hotel for staying with kids. Very well-organized dining. Beautiful water park with lots of attractions and a good snack bar. A minor downside is the poor entry into the sea at the hotel (rocky slabs in the water). Very good service in all restaurants and bars, you can buy everything you need in the hotel shops. Very helpful staff at the reception – assistance with taxi transfer to the airport – great cars at a good price. We had a junior suite with a shared pool and we were very satisfied.

Still here, leaving tomorrow. Family of 5. Booked a 2 bed family garden room. Requested a quiet area which we got at night however placed at the waterpark so it was pretty noisy. As another guest previously mentioned. Being on the ground floor, others walk past your balcony so no privacy. Its a family hotel so it has everything for all ages. Waterpark great. If your after a quiet holiday, again like other reviews this hotel is not for you. Our kids are 10, 12 and 16 so we're coming out the other end. I didn't enjoy the hotel I'm afraid. Hotel was so noisy. Its a family friendly hotel so what did I expect but music playing loudly everywhere you go. The only places that are quiet are the beach and Olympic pool. Resturants noisy, kids being kids so chaotic. Food ok, had better. Thats not to take away the staff work very very hard. Our room had 2 bathrooms one of which was tiny and we are a slim family so if your on the bigger side you'll struggle to get 2 people in that bathroom. I thought there was conditioner but just shower gel and shampoo. Had to get the guys out few times to spray as ants in our room, on the bed and crawling on our pads whilst watching a movie. Cocktails meh. Beach is stony so not comfortable to get in our out. Pool temperatures great this time of year. Entertainment is great for all. As previous reviews suncream is €20 + so very expensive and thats own brand. Taxi to Hersonissis €15 each way for a car but mini van for us 20 as we have 5 people. For this hotel to be better, management consider one pool to be more adult based, relaxing music rather than constant banging tunes. Resturants music way too loud, was not a pleasant dining experience with not hearing a conversation and waiters with food trolleys constantly picking up plates. Another suggestion give diners a second set of cutlery please. You get set, no dessert spon. I was constantly looking out for more cutlery, don't wanting to eat an omelette then use the same fork to wat pancakes afterwards. Simple fixes. No issues with sunbeds but another suggestion. Replacement towels are only at one area between 930 and 130pm. Another station would be great as its a large hotel, also look at changing the time. Having to bring dirty towels back every night to bring down in the morning to replace them whilst having inflatables, beach bags, some with buggies. Change it to dump at night at a station and collect in the morning rather than carrying about every day. Would I return, no I'm afraid not.
