We booked this holiday via Easyjet holidays as a cheap and relaxing holiday. It was booked for Easter holidays and was one ofnthe cheapest advertised including the flights for 3 people. During the lead up we knew about the mixed opinions from previous travellers and although a bit dubious as to if we had done the right thing we knew not to expect great things. Good job really. Positives The staff are helpful, polite, energetic, hard working and do the hotel proud. We arrived the day after the sand storm and within 24 hours the pools were emptied, cleaned and replenished. The area was cleaned and even our balcony was washed down. The pool side snack bar was a lovely little area to have small bites to eat. You can also leave your luggage in a back room if you are due to depart later in the day and you can also continue to use the facilities which is a very big 👍🏻 Negatives The room needs work. The electrical key holder was coming away from the wall. The bathroom needed attention with decorating and the shower head needs relocating. I couldn't get under it properly to have a proper shower. The food in the buffet was meh! Loads of choice but rather bland for our tastes. Which obviously is a balancing act for the chefs as they are catering for multiple pallets. The site is a fair size and be prepared for steps.

Overall a good holiday but that is down to us making the most of our stay.Drinks in the all inclusive packages poor and all ways in flimsy plastic glasses. Food could have been warmer but always a good choice. Hotel let themselves down badly by letting over 100 young students to stay who over ran the hotel without consideration to other guests. Entertainment half hearted or none existent.On a positive we found all staff very friendly and helpful.

Just come back from Crete, this hotel is marvelous Everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble Food & Drink was plentiful with themed nights for the Food Special mention, to Evita for her help on the Reception desk, Anna in the restaurant & Bar, also smiling and very friendly, also the Restaurant Manager (didn't get his name) but he had that running like clockwork. Great location, very clean with fresh towels and linen daily Overall it was an excellent experience, and wouldn't hesitate to return

it was our first family holiday with our 1 year old. we had a really good time and our baby enjoyed it so much. We had a problem with a room and it was rectified immediately. The staff are amazing with children and are super friendly. We felt really at ease and safe.
