Minos

All the staff at this hotel could not be more helpful and friendly especially Timothy Spetz. We have stayed here twice now in the last 12 months and are looking to stay again before too long. That speaks for itself!

Enjoyed our holiday at Minos Hotel and would have given it an excellent review but for a few minor issues. On arrival the reception staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. Overall the staff were very good, our cleaner kept the room spotless and changed the towels daily. The bar staff were very friendly with the odd exception. the restaurant staff cooking and replacing dishes were friendly and helpful, The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient although the head waiter was surly most of the time. The animation team worked their socks off . The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent with plenty of choices although midway through there seemed to be a lot of managers milling around and the food quality and variety took a dip. The evening entertainers were average hotel acts although it must be difficult to cater for the many nationalities staying in the hotel. Overall a nice hotel in a good position and if we return to Rethymno we would probably look here first.

Immaculate clean hotel nice size room , biggest plus is the staff , reception staff are very helpful and always give a happy greeting, A special mention to Timothy and Anastasia who work and try very hard to engage with the guests and keep people entertained .Hotel is in great location to explore all that Rethymon has to offer , I would definitely book hotel again if we came back for another visit to Crete

Beautiful hotel,clean rooms, the only real faults were, the bar did not take cards cash only or charge to your room. Also no matter what time you went for breakfast the "hot" food was either cold or just warm. Otherwise great hotel with great staff

This is a great hotel. Near the beach and a nice stroll along the front to the old to the old town which is great. History, great resturants. Hotel is great value, clean bedrooms, good facilities and good breakfast.
