Lovely stay so far — spacious and modern rooms, great entertainment from Timothy and his team, and the best strawberry daiquiri ever from the lovely Chrysoula!

Location is great you are walking distance to the beach, shops,cafes,restaurants,bars so much to choose from. The old town is about 20 min walk which again has so much to walk round and see. The transfer time from airport to hotel is about 1 hour 30 mins so quite long. The hotel for a 4 star rating is average i would say more a 3 star the food is ok not always signs to say exactly what the food is couple of the restaurant staff are miserable looking and quite abrupt, different themes each night always pizza and pasta on offer if you don't like other things, housekeeping never filled our tea and coffee up each day so constantly had to ask for refills. Hotel feels quite dated in some areas. overall nice holiday not quite sure it was worth the money we paid however.

Amazing hotel! Nice bedrooms very modern. Lady at the bar is amazing she is called Chrysoula her drinks are so good. Mojito, strawberry and Caribbean daiquiris!!

Lovely stay at minos hotel , clean comfortable good location , food lovely although dissapoi6on our last day as we arrived early hours the following day we had booked for therefore missed our meals on the said 1st day ( half board) we had to pay for our evening meal the day we were leaving therefore only had meals gor 6 days instead of the 7 we had psid for ( we paid a lot for our holiday ) but apart from that lovely relaxing holiday the staff work hard and so do the animation team , Timothy took the time to speak to sll the guests he worked really hard he is an asset to minos hotel ,sorry we didnt get chance to say goodbye as we planned but had to go and wait for our transfer coach , the courtesy room was great for our freshen up before we left plus it had a mirror which our room lacked 401 only in the bathroom, would recommend the minos hotel but bit too quiet in the evenings for us entertainment wise let it down although there was some but not to our taste sorry ,long transfer time 2hrs ( not the hotels fault) beautiful beach nearby by and lovely old town

We stayed here as we were over Crete for a wedding nearby. We were anxious as never been but this was worth every penny! Book it now and enjoy a wonderful holiday! We will be back soon… Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly smiles and helped with our bags to our room. We stayed in a Deluxe room which was standard size with a super king sized bed and a single pop up bed for child. The rooms look recently refurbished and in very good condition and high spec. The facilities were excellent to include an arcade room, table tennis, snooker table and dart board. The kids club has plenty activity’s to include games, mini golf and lots more. Waterpolo, darts and chess all on offer near the big pool! Outdoors there is 3 pools. A baby pool, main pool and adult roof top pool. Yes that’s right a Roof Top pool as per my photo!! There is also a spa and indoor pool. Breakfast had plenty options to suit everyone and you can have it indoor or outdoor by the pool. Lunch reasonably priced when ordering at bar or you can book buffet dinner for €18pp There is a shop next door which is well priced and get all your goodies for your stay! Hotel is very accessible with lifts, ramps etc. The staff make Mino’s hotel an amazing place. Timothy the entertainment guru is always on hand getting fun activities on the go, engaging with everyone and getting them involved in fun. He has such a nice personality and goes above and beyond! Krisula the staff member in the bar is 10/10 for service. Very helpful, attentive and always there to keep holiday stayers happy! Entertainment each night which includes bingo, karaoke, magician, Greek night, kids discos and many more! This hotel is in a great location just €6 to old town in taxi which is out of this world. A good mix of high spec restaurants at very good prices, the port with lovely views and wide variety of shops. The hotel is just 2 minute walk to the beach which you can rent beds for free if having drink/food. The beachfront is generous with options for food, shops, excursions etc. TIMOTHY… get practising your darts I will be back!!
