Minos

We stayed at Minos Hotel during a business trip. The rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was tasty. No complaints on that. The staff was rather questionable as I had weird experience with payment as they were confused about the price I should pay. We also had very confusing talks about invoices. I felt like the staff sometimes didn't know what to do. Overall, the hotel is very nice and the location is amazing. The food was great, drinks were tasty, it was spotless clean and beds were comfortable. I'd recommend this hotel anyways.

We have just returned home after spending 10 nights at this all-inclusive hotel. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't return. We travelled as a family of three, along with two other couples and their children. Sadly, we didn't find the hotel to be particularly child-friendly. The children's pool was fantastic, and our kids loved it—we spent every day there. However, at mealtimes we repeatedly asked for plastic plates and cups for the children. On most occasions we were told there weren't any available. One evening our daughter was given a plastic cup, but after that we were again told there were none. Even when we asked restaurant staff, our requests were often ignored. On one occasion we sat in a booth, only to be asked to move and told we had to sit at tables on the other side of the restaurant. It was disappointing not to be able to choose where we sat. That said, the children's entertainment team were absolutely brilliant and deserve 10/10. They were fantastic with the kids and really made a positive difference to our holiday. The food was very disappointing for what is advertised as a 4-star hotel. We ended up eating out for dinner on a couple of evenings. The drinks were one of the better aspects of the all-inclusive package, with branded spirits available. However, on a few occasions we were told that the all-inclusive drinks ended at 11:00 pm, something that was never explained to us on arrival. At 11:10 pm we were told we would have to pay for any further drinks. The previous night two of our party had been served drinks at 11.45pm so we really didn't know who or what to believe. The rooms were quite small, especially the bathroom. One person who really stood out was the lady who cleaned our room each day. She was wonderful and couldn't have been more caring. Our little girl became unwell during our holiday, and every day she checked on her and asked how she was doing. She was genuinely kind, and we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. Overall, we don't feel this hotel meets the standard of a 4-star hotel, and unfortunately we wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Great, hotel is great, near the beach, clean and great room, the food is excellent breakfast and dinner. The stuff are great from reception to other. Grat swimming pool if you like it. We will come again definitely

Everything was just perfect. All staff very friendly & helpful and very welcoming would definitely stay again.
