Best hotel I have ever stayed in staff so friendly and food and drinks amazing 🤍

Went to this amazing hotel last year and have just returned and, in my opinion it hasn't changed infact I feel its even better. The staff are so helpful, polite and cant do enough for you . The customer care team go over and above to make sure everything is ok. The food is incredible and the pools are well maintained and clean . We sat by the Ocean every day on sunbeds around rock platforms on different levels the views were lovely from there got water brought to us and fruit . Staff were always visible so if you needed anything they would get it for you or arrange if needed. I cant recommend this Hotel enough everything from start to finish was just so good and seeing Staff from last year who recognised us was,so nice A huge shout out to Ritsa who was just incredible and great to see Alex again and the people who we didn't see last year like Max in the Adult bar and Angelica thanks for everything ! You certainly wont be disappointed with this hotel clean rooms, clean bars, great food and great service what more could you want

We will certainly return to this hotel, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. I would especially like to mention the main restaurant, Artemis, where we had dinner almost every evening. A special thank you goes to Mrs. Carmen, who welcomed us every evening with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and exceptional politeness and respect. She made us feel truly valued. My sincere gratitude also goes to Manager Kiamoss, who runs the restaurant with great professionalism together with his colleague Froso. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your excellent service and for everything you did to make our stay so enjoyable. Another heartfelt thank you to Mr. Thanasis, who every evening recommended the delicious specialties and the wonderful variety of dishes offered by the restaurant. His enthusiasm and hospitality made every dinner a pleasure. Finally, I would like to thank all the waiters and waitresses, who were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. This was the most perfect vacation at the most wonderful hotel—Nana Golden Beach, Crete. We can’t wait to come back!

Honestly the best hotel I’ve ever been to! The food was great and the service is unmatched! I would recommend to anybody!

What an incredible hotel! The staff especially make this hotel stand out, they are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. We upgraded to a sea view, the room was spacious with the most spectacular views of the sea. The food was gorgeous, never any waits. Drinks all premium brands which make such a difference. We had a 20 month old with us and the amenities were brilliant we honestly will book again!
