Vantaris Palace

Vantaris Palace is a beautiful beach side hotel with a calm and refreshing atmosphere. From the moment we entered this hotel to the time we checked out, our experience was bliss. This was the much needed holiday for our family and it was better than I had imagined, I wouldn't change anything. A big shout out to the exceptional team at Vantaris Palace, they really made our holiday an excellent one. Our experience started from the reception. After almost 2hours flight delay, we arrived at the hotel around 1:30am and were asked if we were hungry. My husband and I had to ask them to repeat the question because we were so surprised. In our short years of travelling and we have stayed in really nice hotels, we have never been asked this question. This really warmed our hearts 💕 The following morning, we came for breakfast and met the amazing team at the restaurant, I mean the whole team were amazing. They seem to work long shifts but even during dinner, they are still smiling and appear to still enjoy catering to everyone's needs. That Saturday was my birthday and we order a small cake but the team went above and beyond to beautifully decorate and reserve a sitting area. They came with the cake, singing and cheering me on; they made my 40th birthday feel even more special. This was the same through our stay, meal times felt like dinner with family. I couldn't get everyone's named; though I will mention a few- Soula, Aris, Christiana, but our thank you is to everyone. Thank you so much 💖 The cleaner who made our room was also friendly, she decorated our beds nicely and greeted me when she saw me the following day🥰 The environment was so peaceful and calm with the option of swimming in the pool (though the pool was too cold for us to swim in), or lay by the pool or take a long stroll by the beach or even sit in the shade by the beach. For those who love adventure, this hotel will give you a calm and relaxing place to end the day and for those who like to just chill, this is the perfect spot. I recommend this hotel, it's a gold star for me 👌🏖👍🏾✈️⛱️💕💗

Stayed here with my boyfriend and it’s a lovely peaceful place to stay. Food was amazing rooms were cleaned daily if you wished. They have a great beach bar where we spent most nights. However, We booked with love holidays had no problems however when we arrived at the hotel, reception asked for a hotel voucher? Which me and my partner thought this meant confirmation of our stay, but the hotel still insisted on a hotel voucher being shown which we couldn’t understand. I contacted love holidays and this resolved the following day.” Very special mention to the lady on desk Efi she was so helpful and friendly :-) Will definitely be making a return in 2025

People who rate this hotel highly could do with getting out more.. if you are half board you pay extra for everything a safe in your room the gym! Ridiculous. Drinks prices are extortionate if you can get one that is. Sat in restaurant on several occasions for evening meal and no one served us. Dining hall was way to small to accommodate number of guests felt like you were in school canteen. Seem to be geared up far more towards German guests. A lot of info given to me was primarily in German. Staff we ok not the friendliest been to far nicer hotels for same money. Rooms were about the best thing and the cleanliness was good. But I really wouldn’t both go elsewhere

Fabulous hotel in prime location on beach front Accommodation beautiful comfy beds ,great ac units .Clean and bright. Excellent cleaning service with fresh towels and beach towels daily. Breakfast and dinner buffet style with a wide array of foods to suit all tastes and top standard. Staff very friendly and helpful. Terry in the leisure and spa so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Had a spa treatment with Konstantina which was so so good.Would highly recommend this hotel the only downside was visitors has to cross main road to access the main hotel but otherwise could not fault this gem of a hotel. Will be back!

Overall a good holiday but cant help but feel disappointed. Rooms were nice and clean, food in the buffet was good with plenty of choice. Predominantly German guests who preferred the beach to the pool so always plenty of sun loungers available and no morning rush to grab one. Main drawback however was the poor bar service. The restaurant team were fantastic and the mangeress was lovely to our kids and made a huge effort but the bar staff didnt seem interested at all and were quite rude at times. Panos bar was a joke and it took 45 minutes one night from point of order to getting our drinks. The bar wasn't even busy. We complained about the service and were told simply to talk to reception. When we did tell reception they didn't seem interested in the slightest and when we checked in again in the morning no notes had been taken so the staff were unaware. The evening entertainment was also very poor and the kids were bored so not really a great hotel for families. Beautiful country and good memories with friends and family just let down by some staff that need some customer service training.
