Just returned from neptuno beach,what an amazing time we had. The staff were very polite and efficient, the hotel is small compared to some, but has everything that you require and immaculately clean and modern,but the best part was the food,we have done a few all inclusive holidays and this was one of the best, lots of options and great quality. I will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone to look at this for a great holiday. I would like to point out that there were a few English people, but mainly Europeans from many different locations, but didn't affect our holiday at all,thank you all the staff at neptun beach 👏👏😁

We are just back from an amazing week at Neptune beach, it was our 3rd visit the first being 20 years ago! The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We didn’t use the pool but it was well looked after. The room we had 302 was great an amazing sea view. Food was delicious and freshly cooked, The staff at the hotel were welcoming and greeted you every time they met you. The drinks from the bar were good. Entertainment at night was very good and involved all nationalities, Having the beach a few steps away was fantastic and was also very well looked after. Lovely little resort with shops a short walk away. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in when holidaying in Crete. We will definitely return.

During our stay at the resort, the highlight of our evenings was definitely the 2-hour hotel resident dj party was handling the entertainment, and the DJ was absolutely incredible! ​Even though it was a short 2-hour set, the music and the energy were top-notch. The DJ knew exactly how to read the international crowd of the hotel, playing a perfect mix that got everyone moving. The sound system and the lighting setup created an amazing party atmosphere right by the pool. ​It’s rare to find such high-quality professional DJ services inside a hotel program. If you are staying at a venue in Crete that partners with Dj show for their guest events, you are in for a fantastic night!"

Simply the best hotel experience we have ever had in Crete. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single staff member was incredibly kind, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing and made us feel completely relaxed during our holidays. The room, the service, the cleanliness, and the overall experience exceeded all our expectations. You can truly feel that the staff care about the guests and work with passion. A special thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. Grest beach. Lots of wide open space. I lucked out in parking ( but it is Feb). There were families, solo, joggers, bike riders and dog walkers.
