Zeus Hotels Neptuno Beach

Grest beach. Lots of wide open space. I lucked out in parking ( but it is Feb). There were families, solo, joggers, bike riders and dog walkers.

My wife and I stayed at Neptuno for a second consecutive year, always a risk it’s not the same- this year was wonderful. Arrived early in the morning - great reception with food and drink made available. Next day we needed to change our room - handled so well and without fuss. The beach is one of the best you’ll find, clean, nice beds, space, apart from the sound of the sea surprisingly quiet, and no bed grabbing. Food whether breakfast, lunch or dinner good quality, varied, hot when it needs to be and regularly home cooked and topped up. Pool area lovely though we did not need to use it, nice snacks, especially the cake late afternoon. Hotel and beach is so clean, the staff from front desk, bar, restaurant and house-keeping an absolute credit. Highly recommend- plus 15 minutes from Heraklion airport, bus stop to town less than 5 minutes up the road.

If peace and quiet is what your looking for then this is the place for you. With amazing staff , clean rooms and a wide selection of food and drink this truly was a must visit again hotel. The locals are friendly and welcoming, the beach is gorgeous and the staff are always willing to help. Rooms are clean and tidy with cleaning staff coming in daily to restock tea coffee etc. Such a lovely place.

Spent a week here in October 2025. Unless you opt for a superior room, the rooms are dated but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily. Food is plentiful but some odd combinations. Although always fresh and varied. Plenty of drink options. Snacks available as well. Pool is clean but cold. Sunbeds were always available and just metres away is the gorgeous beach, again with plenty of free sunbeds. Would definitely return to Neptuno Beach. Super chilled and relaxing

Went here in September on a girls trip. This hotel is small but lovely. Never had to wait at the bar or for food. Plenty of sunbeds available. Very clean.Staff really friendly. Animation team are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Pool is small but clean, never crowded so can swim without bumping into anyone. Only 1 toilet for the pool and bar which probably isn't ideal as it can get abit smelly at times, but there are toilets in reception. Food was good and plenty for fussy eaters, cocktails were nice. There were only 5 other English people there when we went which wasn't a problem for us as there was 6 of us.
