Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort

It was our third time in the hotel, i was happy going again. But this time such a disappointment and not coming back for sure 😑 1. The first night water was dripping from the ceiling so much so we had to move to another room at 2.00 AM, children sleeping, moving all the stuff… 2. Service was terrible, we were waiting for a drink for hours, last night we had cocktails and after a few the waiter is coming and says this night we don’t serve cocktails!!?! Are you kidding me, we had been drinking till now !! 3. Breakfast is served till 10.30 and by 8.30 there is no food, everything empty and no refill, we had to react to bring food 4. Yes is 1st of May, the weather is not good but if you are open you should be prepared for the guests, the hotel is cold at the restaurant at the lobby, whole time to spend with jackets Definitely not deserving one star not 5

Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations and, in our opinion, is not worth the price. The rooms are located quite far from the pools, which becomes inconvenient—especially when the weather is not warm, as it requires walking long distances in the cold just to reach your room. The spa is not included in the price unless you book a Club Room or a Suite. Unfortunately, when we made our reservation through an agency, this important detail was not communicated to us, which was disappointing. Considering the time of year, the main reason for choosing this hotel is to enjoy the spa facilities, so this was a significant drawback for us. The food was decent. On a positive note, the cleanliness was excellent—everything was very well maintained, and this is something we truly appreciated. However, given the price and expectations, the overall experience was disappointing. With better communication, improved accessibility between facilities, and more inclusive spa access, the hotel could offer a much better experience.

Bad service and big waiting times cause the staff was sitting on the phone

The location was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is of the highest standard. Daily clean was provided, the dinner menu changed every evening, the private beach had comfortable sunbeds – everything was at the highest level."

Exceklent beach, warmed up thermal pools and useful surroundings. The spa and the open areas were well organised and staff was very helpful.
