The location is amazing, the hotel has so much potential!

The accommodation itself was stunning, with beautiful design and impressive rooms that initially gave us high hopes for the stay. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. The food was consistently awful, lacking both quality and variety, and it quickly became one of the biggest disappointments of the trip. Service was another major issue. One blonde waitress in particular was extremely rude, almost offended when we asked for basic service, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Beyond that, nothing ever seemed to be open — restaurants, bars, facilities — it felt like we were constantly being told ‘no’ or treated as if we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. The hotel’s location didn’t help either. It is in the middle of nowhere, which makes it difficult to enjoy the area or find alternatives. While the transport to the beach was functional, it was hardly enough to offset the isolation. The waiters and bar staff were largely nice and tried to be helpful, but overall there was no warmth or genuine hospitality from the wider team. In the end, despite the stunning accommodation, the lack of good food, poor service, and the feeling of being unwelcome meant this was not an enjoyable experience. Sadly, we won’t back.

Great experience visiting this wonderful hotel. We have been there in the first half of October 2025. Hotel is fantastic, starting from the room - we were suited in the executive bungalow suite, right at the main pool, next to the Happy place sweet corner and Timari bar. And the best thing, as we were on the ground floor, we had our own sunbeds right in front of our suite. Food in the main restaurant is great, but you must try it in the Italian and especially the Greek restaurant - it’s delicious. Also, throughout the day there is always different snacks, ice cream and popcorn at a couple of places at the resort. Beverages are even better! Jameson, Jack Daniel’s, Four roses, prosecco, all kinds of cocktails and much more - all included in AI package. The resort is huge, main building, bungalows, villas… and there are golf carts that can drive you around. There is an aqua park, couple of pools and a beach that’s not far away, but it’s steep and coming back could be challenging, so there are vans driving back and forth every 30 minutes. Beach is not big, but rather small, even in October one day it was almost completely full, so I presume it’s packed during high season. The weather didn’t serve us well, as it was around 22 degrees, but it’s definitely worth the visit, even in October. We were visiting as a family of 4, including a 3 month old baby, and all the staff couldn’t be more polite, nice and helpful. Special thumbs up for Anastasia at the reception!

We had such a lovely week at the Ajul resort. Firstly, our room was beautiful with such lovely views. Everything was so clean and the modern. Secondly, the food was great. A special shoutout to the gentleman who made our omelettes every morning! We didn’t catch his name but he was so friendly and knew what our orders were from the second day onwards. All the bars around the resort were also good and had a huge variety of drinks. Whenever we had an issue or needed anything, the receptionist team were very prompt in sorting things out and it was great that we could keep in contact with them via WhatsApp! Lastly, we have to thank Helen for our AMAZING massages and facials. This was definitely the best massage both me and my partner have had so far. She was very kind, professional and knew exactly what she was doing.
