Stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time at the end of May. What can I say it was even better than last time. Thanks to all the staff for working so hard to keep the hotel running like clockwork. Rooms spotless every day, food amazing, yes sometimes on the warm side but trying to keep food red hot is a challenge. Pizzas were amazing along with theme nights. Staff in restaurant so pleasant and helpful along with the restaurant manager who was present every evening to great holiday makers but also helped staff. Vast choice of food so everyone should be able to find something. 20-30 mins on the bus to Kos Town and with it being May bus time are a little limited and getting a tax back was a bit of challenge but think that was due to the rain. Beach 5 mins away with the most amazing sunsets. Now on to the entertainment! Absolutely amazing, it was great in August 2025 but this year Elizabete and Jethro excelled themselves, with new staff member Kai joining. They ran a full extensive range of activities for those who wanted to join in during the day, they enjoyed speaking to holiday makers without being too pushy and husband joined in all activities with myself and daughter undertaking stretching and aqua aerobics. We have been to other hotels and not really taken part but this was such a relaxing place it was a great opportunity to take part. Evening entertainment was also amazing, with local greek dancers on two evenings and then the entertainment team on the others who put their heart and soul into everything they did. Even when we had the torrential rain it did not stop play - show was just relocated to the bar area and what a show. We returned from a fabulous relaxing holiday and again came away feeling like we had stayed with friends. The staff are the ones who make this hotel such a success and welcoming place to stay. Special thanks to Elizabete for remembering Marc from August and bringing Freya out of her shell again to take part in dances/activities - you truly are an inspiration. Would not hesitate to return.
We really enjoyed our holiday to this hotel and the island itself. When reading the reviews we were slightly skeptical of this hotel however we had no issues at all. From start to finish the hotel is wonderful. The staff are the best asset of the hotel, they were so helpful, booked us a taxi and told us how to get back. The bus stop is right by the hotel and is easy to get. The location of the hotel isn't particularly the best for activities however there are multiple tourist shops/ bars and restaurants. We went for a week spent 1 day time in Kos town, 1 evening for sunset at Zia and 1 full day on a 3 island tour. We found this was perfect and allowed to have a perfect mix of relaxing and exploring. The room is perfectly fine not particularly anything special but comfortable and clean. There is a construction sight opposite the hotel however we heard no noise at all so don't be put off by it. In terms of price we paid £750 each for a week all inclusive. We thought this price was good, the hotel was a great balance between busy and quiet. Plenty of people but very felt cramped. We would come down to sun loungers at 11am and had no issues , we ate at the later side of the restaurant times and had no issues with getting food or its temperature. As much as we would recommend this hotel we cannot advise on what it's like in August at full capacity.
We did not know what to expect when coming but it did not disappoint, its near a beach, you can get the bus to Kos Town, the hotel was clean, reception area was lovely, lots of seating areas for everyone, the room was lovely and clean, staff were very approchable and welcoming, especially Alberto on evening reception,George F&B Manager,Theodora and Mayank on Bar Service, the Entertainment staff was so joyful from the getgo,Elizabeth,Jethrow and Kai (sorry if we splet any names wrong) we had so much fun everynight, we miss them all, thank you for such for an amazing holiday and we will be back - Lily & Karen x
Great hotel with good service and very good food with variations. A very friendly inviroment, clean and seviceminded. Everyone always smiling and eger to make the best of every day.
Fantastic hotel and grounds in the lovely area of Marmari, Kos. The rooms were clean and tidy and cleaned everyday. Shower room was clean with shower gel and body lotion provided. All rooms the same by the looks of it split into many blocks. We had block C which was in a great location by the pool. The restaurant was very welcoming and the Manager was always around to help find a seat. All the staff in here were excellent and the food was always getting replenished. The options changed each night too which was great for variety but not a huge amount of different dishes, but then the hotel wasn't that busy. We got a great deal for a week with Tui and was definitely worth the money. Pool towels aren't included so bring your own, or quick drying ones are available to buy at the reception. Alberto on reception was brilliant! Friendly and always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble and could have a laugh with him. The pool was refreshing but not cold and there were activities throughout the day from darts to ping pong, beer pong to aqua gym but by far the best was water volleyball! All run by the animation team who were just the best! Jethro and Elizabete were soo nice and didn't pressure you at all but at the same time were very encouraging to join in, so big shout out to those guys <3. The also do some of the evening entertainment, the variety show was especially good! If entertainment isn't your thing then there is another pool near the restaurant which doesn't have the entertainment so you can have some peace and quiet if you want. This is a family run hotel and I believe they are planning on improving it further when they close during the winter months, but for the price we paid it was more than adequate. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and the front where there's about 4/5 bars. It's a quaint little village but had enough tourism to feel like there's things to do if you want it. The sea is warm-ish and lovely to sit by or just walk along. There's also a salt lake about 30-45minute walk away where we saw 50+ flamingos but I believe they leave late June. All in all we had an amazing holiday with a special thank you to the staff and entertainment team! it wouldn't have been the same without you! Amazing hotel and don't read too much into the bad reviews, at the end of the day if you wanted 5* hotel then go somewhere else, but for a week or so its a lovely little place, perfect to explore the wonderful island!
