5th time staying at this hotel and each time gets better, the lady manager the hotel boss is a wonderful lady so is Alberto on reception more improvements every time we come back definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back for a 6th visit sometime soon, oh and George in the restaurant is a very good member of staff and good at his job, timo,

Had a wonderful and relaxing week here, before the peak season, so not as busy. All the staff we met are great and friendly especially those that work behind the bars and in the dining hall. The hotel is clean and our room was was well maintained. We had a balcony over looking the gardens and had beautiful sunrise. Food was good and we enjoyed the variety offered everyday. The food trays were replenished quickly and tables cleared quickly. There are two large clean pools, one seems to be the quiet pool and the other is where the activities take place. Plenty of space around both, particularly shaded seating areas. The bus to Kos is outside the hotel on the main road. (Pay on the bus 2.50 euros each way) Walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes. We walked every morning and evening for the sunset. We walked to the Tigaki Salt Lake, early in the morning before breakfast, along the road to the lake, then to Tigaki and then walked back along the beach, avoiding the heat of the day. Overall a very relaxing week away (just what we wanted) 😀

Just got home from a week away with my girlfriend and this hotel is great, I would highly recommend. The hotel was very stylish and aesthetic, the room we stayed in was great, and the pools were brilliant, plenty of sunbeds to choose from and it was never too busy, so coming down later in the morning still left some beds available. The food was good too, a wide selection of dishes offering plenty of different options to choose from and the selection of themed nights was a good touch with some great options available. The only thing which was a little disappointing was, despite the wide selection of dishes, some of the meat options were rather repetitive, however, despite that I could not fault it. Lastly, the staff were great !!! Alberto on the front desk was amazing, after a long day of delayed travelling he welcomed us with plenty of energy and we were always able to have a good laugh with him during our stay. Manneek behind the bar was superb too, such a lovely guy and always super attentive and quick with making the drinks. He memorised all the different drink choices I had throughout our stay at the hotel. Jethro, Elizebete and Kai on the entertainment team were all absolute legends too, the choice of activities were great and they were always full of energy. From day one they remembered our names and came round for a chat, which was super nice and tried to recruit us for the activities, however, there was never any pressure to do them, only if we felt it in our hearts, which was very nice. They were amazing!! Highly recommend this hotel.

Return visit to Aegean bay . Visited last June. Lovely and relaxing. Staff make hotel. Manager George, Alberto and entertainment team jethro, Elizabeth and Kai. Irene in outside terrace of restaurant. Plenty of sun loungers. Why certain individuals felt the need to get up,at 630 and drag the wooden sun loungers around baffled me. So noisy. Ate at smileys twice by beach which was lovely Did Zia by night trip again and Alberto booked us into the magic mountain. Amazing experience. Bus to Kos. Fab day. Bus there and back £5 euros each return. Sunloungers free at Biggys. Just have to buy a drink. Spent full days in beach. Entertainment team worked so hard and gave 100% in everything they did. Shower on day of departure a much better experience than last year. Clean shower block in gym. Yet again had a lovely time .
