Stayed for 2 weeks all inclusive as a couple (20 sept 25 to 04 Oct 25), staff were brilliant, always had a smile and genuinely helpful. Room was basic compared to other "4*" hotels we have stayed at, pool was lovely and so were the grounds, a nice walk to the beach and local town where we spent a fair bit of time. The bad bits.... food was cold most of the time, even items that have just come out the kitchen, breakfast wasn't great and the selection at lunch and evening meals was random items of food which you would normally not put together, we were ill from eating the fish one night and because the food made us ill and it was cold we ended up avoiding the restaurant altogether most nights and ate in the town to have warm and illness free food (we spoke to others the next day that ate the fish and they were ill to). We did report it to the TUI Rep but nothing came of it! The toaster they had broke down for the second week and they had no replacement and didn't get it repaired. Our room lost hot water for 4 days which we mentioned to reception but it only came back luke warm and no one updated us, Overall i would rate it 2* at best and if we came back only stay self catering. First holiday i have had were i had to complain.

We went to the Corali Hotel from the 12th Oct 25 until 26th Oct, All Inc everything was brilliant until 21st Oct, when the Entertainment was stopped suddenly, and the food standard dropped alarmingly when what was served at lunch time was served again at Evening Meal, when we asked why, we got a shrug of the shoulders and was told one word which was CHEF, I think this was disgusting in how you treat your customers in their FINAL WEEK at your Hotel, will not be returning

Lovely hotel and food . Staff was lovely the ones we met especially the girl at the pool bar near main hotel. Cocktails were the most extensive and best we have had all inclusive. Excellent value and will return with family . Loved all the hotel cats and hope they get looked after when hotel closes .few hotel guests with zero manners and dnt know how to queue but didn't let them spoil holiday.

Am currently staying here and have just been served the same food at dinner that we were served for lunch this is not what we paid for when we enquired why in the restaurant we were told it was the chef and that was it,it might be close to the end of the season but this is ridiculous

Arrived late and given a bag containing dried up sandwich, a banana past its best and a bottle of water. Women behind check in desk not very helpful, seemed rude and arrogant. Porter shot off way ahead of us with luggage, dropped cases at door and went saying nothing. After walking a flight of stairs with a rickety hand rail we entered a musty dirty very dated furniture stained room. We were very displeased and asked to be moved . After being told we would have to come back in the morning when the Manager was there we returned to our room very tired very hungry . Next day we were given another room after it felt we had had to argue our reason to move, we were rudely given some keys and had to move all luggage ourselves into yet another smelly, dirty very dated furniture stained room. Which also turned out to be cockroach infested in bathroom when taking a shower next morning. On moving all furniture in first two rooms and under wardrobes webs clearly not cleaned away in months contained cockroach shed cases and eggs. Again requested another room not in any of annexes and clean. Was given room in main building on first floor . Seemed superficially clean but on later closer inspection much better than previous two rooms but not great. At least toilet was clean in 3rd room and not badly stained as previous. Quality of maintenance poor in all rooms with broken window catches ,door locks, cracked and broken tiles and non working A/Cs in first two rooms. Adding insult to injury on entering lift in reception following day a black cockroach flew past us hitting the wall and then floor to be told by the receptionist on looking at it …. It was just a fly !!!! Hotel was in the middle of fields a good 20 min walk to shops for fit younger person. Not two arthritic pensioners. We were all inclusive and food was good if repetitive. The grounds of hotel looked manicured in places and in others weedy dirty and poor. Pool area was ok but pool was grubby with insects on floor of pool most of time. Music played all day was akin to an 18-30s holiday not suitable for all age groups. Entertainment was poor at best during evenings. Again aimed at the younger alcohol drinking age groups that wouldn’t care much as the night went on. Evening entertainment area bar staff were all rude and unhelpful and quality of all inclusive drinks was poor. Hotel is supposedly a 4 star but it’s a joke and more akin to 1 star if that…. Sorry for long review but please don’t consider the Corali hotel ever !!!!!!!!
