We stayed at this hotel for 12 nights end of June. We were put into Block A which was one of the original blocks built- the room was very basic but housekeeping was excellent with clean sheets and towels done every day except Sunday. The old shower in bathroom was very basic and very small with a big step over we were fine but anyone who was on the larger side or had mobility issues would find this shower an issue. The food and breakfast was very good plenty of choice for every one the same for lunch which i thought was the best serving of the day. Waiter/Waitresses were very efficient and the restaurant was clean. Dinner was fine although sometimes we did struggle to choose a meat option seemed to be lots of pork and duck. Lots of vegs though and salad was really good. Reception staff were very friendly. Wine and beer were fine. Cocktails were ok i had to go through the list to find one that i liked . There are 2 pools we stayed by the village pool which was much bigger and quieter. No problem getting sunbeds even at 1 pm but obviously now is going into peak summer school holidays so could be getting very busy. The bar lady at the village pool bar was very efficient and friendly. There is a lovely roof top bar which is open in the eves and again the staff in there especially the 2 girls (dont know their names) were very friendly and efficient. There is some entertainment a few singers / karoke games/ etc and this is fine. The entertainment team were not very good at all. There was a schedule of activities i saw on a board and it advertised aqua gym which i only did the once - i hardly saw the the team - one boy one girl during the day. I even asked them when they were doing the aqua they said the next day said a time i waited in the pool area and they never turned up! Not good at all. Seemed good with the little children though but not with the adults. The hotel was further out of Trigaki that we realised as we like to walk into resort and along unmade paths and roads so for this reason we wouldnt come again as we like to get and out walking for evenings out of the hotel.

Location is a bit remote, although the beach and local "Strip" for shops, bars and restaurants is about a 25 mins walk away. Not recommended at midday or in the dark! Rooms are okay, cleaned daily by friendly staff! In fact everywhere is very clean tidy, and almost all the staff are friendly and helpful especially reception! Atmosphere was good in all areas, especially around the pool bar, due to Alexandra probably. My main gripe was the total lack of Internet access despite several requests! WiFi was good but useless without Internet!!! Also lack of daily pool activities and entertainment!

Just spent a lovely week here. The hotel grounds are beautiful, rooms a little basic but clean and have everything you need. Mosquito guards on balcony door and window. Food is fresh and plentiful. They have themed evenings (Greek food was delicious). The staff in the restaurant work very hard, especially Agglos, who was very accommodating to our family. Drinks are the usual all inclusive, would recommend the Limoncello Spritz. Alexandria at the pool bar, serves every drink with a smile. The pool is refreshing and manned by hardworking lifeguard Marina, we were shocked to see a family giving her a hard time for asking their children to not swing on the handrail! The handrail had become loose as a result of this! Parents should thank the lifeguard for looking after the safety of their children, not be confrontational. The evening entertainment is fun and the staff at the bar work hard. Tigaki itself is beautiful, would Definitely return to Corali.

Beautiful hotel with lovely entertainment the animators played every days with our son and was very funny JAJA AND SHAUNA ARE THE BESTS !!!! (ALLEZ LES BLEUS !!)

The staff are friendly and helpful which just edged it from a 3 to a 4. Its in a fairly quiet location, an easy 5 minute walk from the beach and about an additional 15 minutes along the beach to the nearest town. If you like it quiet and don’t mind a bit of a walk this could be for you. The food quality is ok if not outstanding, but the choice is limited. The self service area is very small which severely limits what they can offer. A whole additional side of the room is taken up by a soup dispenser, I never once saw anyone eating soup in the week I was there, replacing this with more food choices would be a big improvement. Tables in the restaurant were easy to come by which was nice, albeit we were there in low season, it might be different at other times. Cutlery on the other hand was hard to come by, the staff put cutlery on the tables but nowhere near at the rate people were using it so everyone salvaged what they could from empty tables thus making it even worse for newcomers. Spoons were a particular problem, they were literally like gold-dust. We would frequently see people walking around with bowls of melting ice cream just preying they might soon find a spoon. Perhaps this is why people avoid the soup! This could so easily be solved just by having cutlery available at the food counters. The other big gripe is around the water. When we checked in the receptionist cheerfully told us that the tap water was not drinking water and that if we wanted bottles of water for our room we should buy it in a shop. I have literally never before heard of an all inclusive hotel that doesn’t include drinking water. If you buy a bottle you can try to fill it up in the restaurant although this is specifically forbidden with notices attempting to dissuade you. The other option is to fill bottles up at the bar but the water here is often discoloured and of strange taste. The hotel needs to supply bottles of drinking water, it is completely unacceptable to expect guests at an all inclusive 4 star hotel to buy drinking water every day. On the subject of drinks, they also need to get proper fruit juices, using syrupy orangeade in place of orange juice in cocktails is not the mark of a good hotel. To be honest all of the cocktails were fairly horrible. In spite of all this, the hotel overall was nice, we liked the staff, the location, the pools, the gym and the general feel. We checked out on our last day and had almost the whole day to wait before our pickup, we appreciated that the staff went out of their way to point out that we could still use all the facilities and the restaurant etc even though we had checked out. Basically the hotel is ok if you are not bothered about the points above. I have included them here mainly in case the staff want any very easy ideas for making improvements. If you want a quiet hotel in this price range its worth considering this one.
