Mixed experience – great food and friendly staff, but dirty rooms and rude hotel manager We stayed at Evita Natura hotel in Marmari, Kos. Unfortunately, despite some positive aspects, the overall experience was quite disappointing. When booking, we specifically requested a room on the first floor, but we were given a ground floor room with a large gap under the door. The room was dirty, with dead bugs and stains on the walls, and lacked a wardrobe, mirror, or any kind of storage space. After we complained, the hotel manager was very unpleasant and unhelpful. At first, she refused to change the room, and only agreed after we mentioned possibly paying extra – but she didn’t allow us to see the new room beforehand. The second room was outside the main building, still with the same issues, and soon after arriving, ants started appearing, and a large insect (possibly a cricket) came out from under the fridge. The only positive part of our stay was the food, which was genuinely tasty, and the staff in the kitchen and bar, who were always kind, helpful, and polite. However, whenever the hotel manager appeared, it was clear that the staff was nervous and uncomfortable – she would start controlling everything, and her behavior was consistently rude, arrogant, and overly strict. To make matters worse, there were chickens freely walking around the hotel grounds, and chicken droppings everywhere, including around the dining area. Even though the food and most of the staff were great, the accommodation was far below 4-star standard, and the overall service was inconsistent and poorly managed. I would not stay at this hotel again.

A lovely, clean, modern and fresh hotel with a natural touch. Good food with different choices each day. Amazing beaches in a moments walk.
