We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mosay All Suite Hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The rooms were spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable, and every detail in the room was thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful, elegant, and relaxing. The hotel’s location was excellent, making it easy to explore the island while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable environment. The pool, facilities, and all common areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options every day. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We would especially like to thank Ms. Fatma for her outstanding kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. She made us feel truly welcome from the very beginning and always took the time to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her warm attitude, politeness, and dedication made our stay even more special. Thank you so much, Fatma, for your exceptional care and for making us feel at home. What an absolute treat! Jay was so experienced especially as I am Type 1 diabetic. She listened to all my needs and I left feeling totally relaxed. I would highly recommend Jay and this spa. A beautiful setting which is modern and calming. The products used today felt and smelt amazing 🥰
