Sovereign Beach

Very disappointed. Hotel clean but dated. Rude bar staff. A/C none existent. Wifi very poor. All inclusive ends at midnight. Beach bar only served beer. Food choices poor & repetitive. Only had 6 bottles of water in our room.

Hotel clean but dated, poor a/c. Some staff quite rude. Food 5 out of 10. Broadband very intermittent. We went on a Day trip to Bodrum people so helpful and friendly not different Country, different planet. Would defo recommend going to Turkey as opposed Kos. Would not recommend Sovereign Beach Hotel we thought we had done our Due diligence. Counted the days down to get home. Asked for tv in main area to watch a World Cup match another Guest had to ask again 20 mins later to get the TV on. It was like everything some members of staff did for you was a chore as if they were doing you a favour. Stopped asking for an Omelette on a morning, didn't want to go to the bar. If going to Kos definitely choose another hotel.

Just back after our 5th visit to this hotel and it just gets better every time set on the beach and only a 15 minute walk to the village of kardamena there is a free shuttle bus that runs a couple of times a day if you couldn’t do the walk along the coast road.staff very friendly nothing to much of a problem for them no queues at the bars.its a quiet relaxed atmosphere but could get a bit lively round the main pool.rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels the bungalows are very quiet.plenty of room in the restaurant no problem finding a table plenty of choice I’m a bit of a picky eater but could always find something in fact my shorts shrunk while I was there.I can’t find any negatives so if you want a lovely hotel in a beautiful place this will be for you

As always amazing hotel fantastic staff Loved the bungalows again the food was amazing and as always the management and staff are fantastic This was our 5th visit and will be booking again for next June Thankyou for a wonderfull time again

We spent 7 days at this hotel the first couple were lovely, we were in a swim out bungalow and one morning whilst lying in bed there was a mouse that scurried behind the fridge unit , after contacting reception the gardener came with a brush and shovel to find it , it wasn’t located .On inspection the sofa bed mattress was covered in mouse droppings we had this removed to rear of the bungalow incase the mouse was living in there , housekeeping brushed and mopped and changed the bedding not a deep clean as they said would happen , this must be a common issue as the neighbours had a mouse in their bungalow too. I could barely sleep for the rest of the holiday. Food was not to our liking but opinions differ . Staff were all friendly, hotel location was good just a 15 minute walk into Kardamena.
