Sovereign Beach

Returned 4th July having a 10 night stay. Booked a swim up room to have a holiday child free. The room was great with plenty of room for 3 adults. Great location close to reception and the main pool bar. Air conditioning was quite poor, however the hotel gave us a fan that really helped. Entertainment- Didn't watch the entertainment so can't comment. Food- plenty of options even for fussy eaters. The fresh pasta and pizza station was great. Drinks- good but served in plastic cups which i completely understand around the pool area but it just doesn't taste the same. If you stay in the bar area it's in glasses. Free shuttle to kardemena which is a must. Beautiful resort with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. 18 minute walk from the hotel along the beach front. Taxi is 7 euro but there's not many about Hotel staff were extremely helpful all of the time. Thank you. Shop in the hotel is reasonable. Cash machine and reception charge for exchanging money so get in the UK for better rates. Beach-great and on the door step. Hotel snack bar 1 minute walk to get refreshments. Grounds- immaculate Massage- had a great massage and worth every penny. The indoor pool is looking tired and in need of a clean. Sauna didn't work. Overall we had a great stay, highly recommend and have booked for next year. Just booked it

Myself and my two girls (aged 13 and 12) have just come back from a week at this hotel. We have a had a really lovely time. The rooms are nice- maybe a bit dated but ours was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Good a bit varied but we loved the Taverna and never struggled to eat. The waffles and crepes at the pool bar are also lovely. The entertainment staff were great this week- really friendly and wanted to get people engaged with the activities. A nice walk into Kardamena from the hotel, or there is a mini bus you can use. The indoor pool was great for us (€5 a person charge) to take a break from outside. We would definitely come back as we enjoyed our stay so much.

If we return to this hotel after years, there must be a reason... the hotel is perfect for us. The rooms are always clean, the beach is always magnificent, the sea is stunning. The food... exceptional. We have been fortunate to have seen many different places in the world, but for us, returning here is like coming home. The welcome is wonderful. The feeling of being in a family environment is magnificent for us. The magnificent staff, with whom we have an exceptional relationship, always makes us feel at home. The great Mel in the tavern and at the main bar is an extraordinary person, the magnificent Sam is always smiling and professional, Karen always welcomes us with kindness, Albert, whom we have known since he was a boy, is always available. I also don't forget Alexandra for her professionalism and charisma, magnificent Tania who always welcomes us in the restaurant with kindness, Captain Armine with her simpaty and with a smile,Afrim, a great great man, Artemis always always available to us and Artac for his professionalism. My parents and I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The room was nice and cleaned every day by the friendly and hardworking staff. All of the staff members were excellent – everyone was kind, friendly and always ready to help. The food and drinks were excellent, and there was a wide variety of options available at every meal time. The surroundings were beautiful, and the pool and private beach were absolutely fantastic. We would like to give a special thank you to the staff working at the night bar, the pool bar, and the tavern. SAM♡, Karen, Rea, Mel and Albert did an amazing job throughout our stay. They always served delicious drinks and good food with a smile and created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made our holiday even more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for all your hard work and for making our stay so special. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back next year!

Very disappointed. Hotel clean but dated. Rude bar staff. A/C none existent. Wifi very poor. All inclusive ends at midnight. Beach bar only served beer. Food choices poor & repetitive. Only had 6 bottles of water in our room.
