This hotel is incredible – so much so that we got home and immediately rebooked for next year, this time bringing the grandparents along too! We have two young children, and the facilities are fantastic for families. The water park is suitable for all ages, and the hotel grounds are beautiful, with plenty of space and grass areas for the kids to play and relax. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed, including a bath for the children, which made evenings much easier. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountain and sea views. We also had a swim-up room, and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. The food was excellent throughout our stay. The snack bar was particularly impressive and so well stocked that we often didn’t feel the need to visit the main restaurant at lunchtime because it had everything we needed. If I had to mention any negatives, it would be that there isn’t much to do outside the hotel. However, the Old Town isn’t too far away from what we’re aware of. That said, we never felt the need to leave the resort as there was so much to enjoy on site. Another children’s pool might be a good addition, as I can imagine the existing pools become very busy during the peak summer months. We’re hoping it won’t be too crowded when we return next April! Overall, this was one of the best family holidays we’ve had, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year.

Second year coming to this hotel as we absolutely love it. Rooms are spacious and clean, pools are great and we love the water park. Food is delicious and the kids love the snack bar. Staff are all so friendly. The animations team are brilliant. Especially Ash and Ntando, they had so much passion and enthusiasm. Our girls loved joining in all the activities with them especially the aqua Zumba. I felt the animations team this year were so much better to last year, they created such a fun atmosphere around the pool and at the evening entertainment. We did go on a boat trip (pirate one for the kids) which was great. The bus collected us from just down the rd from the hotel. We also caught the bus just outside to Old Rhodes Town for the day. Was so easy and only €12 for the 4 of us each way as opposed to €50 for a taxi. We are already thinking about coming back again next year.

We had a fantastic holiday here. Everything was 5 star. The room was lovely, spotless and cleaned every single day. The hotel was completely spotless as well. The food was incredible, there was so much choice, and everything was cooked to perfection. There was a special kids area with food as well which was fantastic. The snack bar was amazing and the golden burger is well worth a try. Literally every single detail was thought about. It was amazing. The pools were beautiful and an area for everyone, the infinity pool is a must to try with a glorious swim up bar. The water park is also brilliant fun. Lastly all of the staff were incredible, so friendly and they couldn’t do enough for everyone. The bar staff were amazing and we had such a laugh with them. We highly recommend staying, you won’t be disappointed. Outstanding place.
