We’ve just returned from 10 nights at the Atlantica Imperial Resort. This was our first visit to Rhodes as an island. 5 star review. First impressions were excellent. The check in process was quick and simple and the staff on the desk were really friendly and polite. We had a Junior Swim up suite with red carpet service. The staff put a bottle of something in the room as a gesture for a special occasion that didn’t go unnoticed and it was really appreciated. The room was super clean, fresh and in a nice location on the resort. The swim pool area was clean and peaceful away from main area of the resort - room 417. The A La Carte breakfast in the Imperial Apartments area (Blue Bay) was excellent. Particular mention goes out to Maro, Kiki & Vaso who were all fantastic and made the experience very enjoyable. We chose to upgrade to All Inclusive for 6 of the 9 full days we were at the resort. This worked out good value for money as you get a meal in one of the three A La Carte restaurants. Well worth going to Ginger and Mylo’s as the food is amazing. (Separate reviews) We also had a lounger by the pool for the day which came with fresh fruit and bottled water. This was a really relaxing day and definitely worth doing if you get the chance. The main pool area has plenty of comfy beds and there were still plenty free even when going down to the pool in the afternoon. You do still get the 7am sun-bed protectors come rain, sun or clouds 🤣 but we still got a bed no matter what time. The hotel is very modern, The Lounge bar and Sky Bar are well worth a visit for their cocktails and the views. Really efficient service in both bars. Pool bar staff were also excellent. Right outside the hotel is a bus stop that takes you to Rhodes Old Town, Lindos, Falaraki etc so it is really convenient. €4 each way per person. The beach is right next to the hotel and has reserved beds for guests of the Atlantica Imperial Resort. There is a bar on the beach too. Plenty of beds available. The staff make this hotel for me. They are fantastic and will do everything they can to make your experience unforgettable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I can’t stress how good they were. 5 star experience and we will be back for sure!! This for me was a true 5 star hotel and well worth it.

I would gladly give this hotel 5 stars for the location, & staff. (But only 4 stars without Orsy!! The food is ok ( repetitive & mainly luke warm, which is such a shame as there is a wide choice & could be easily rectified. The Reception staff are a mixed bunch , some sweet, smiley & polite, others moody and rude (several guests said the same) The al a Carte Restaurant are amazing, the service and food in Mylos was exceptional. All the main restaurant staff work so hard & are very attentive. We didn’t use the Spa so we are unable to comment but there is definitely a hard sell & refusal offends as after the “ no thank you” we were totally ignored, not even a good morning of polite smile was offered. The reason for 4 stars ls “”WHERE HAS ORSY GONE”” Orsy is the smiley beating heart of the bar on an evening ( we love Jenny too ) but Orsy works the bar with such a flair for customer service with a genuine smile too. Nothing is too much trouble for her and watching her interacting guests of every age is an absolute pleasure . BRING BACK ORSY..,,,

Like every year, we went to the amazing spa of this wonderful hotel. As always, every staff member is simply amazing. This year, I had the privilege of being massaged by MAR - she is absolutely amazing. I can honestly say it was the beste massage of my life. Would come again just for her <3

Before I start I have to say the Staff at this hotel are fantastic, well done all of you. This was our second time here and again it didn't disappoint. What really started the holiday was the room. We seem to be unlucky with rooms when we go away, but not here though.We booked a premier sea view as we did last time (2024) knowing that they are excellent rooms. They gave us our room key and smiled, you have one of the best rooms here! Yeah I bet. They gave us an absolutely massive room which was obviously twice the size of the normal rooms. Thank you, at last. Food generally is brilliant and themed on different nights but as most of your time will be spent in the Agora restaurant there are a few minor issues that you may want to know. Firstly you can sit outside or in, be there early if you want to sit outside by the water pools. At peak times this restaurant is a nightmare to navigate, with queues and constantly crashing into other people. On a rare occasion my food was luke warm by the time I returned to the table, this also being because waiting for food to be restocked. They have 3 a la cart restaurants here which you get 1 booking per stay. Even if your all inclusive you still pay a 30% discounted rate on some of the food. To book these use either one of the 2 digital screens on the reception level, especially if you can't get on with the app. So we booked the Mylos, wow what a meal, had the beef fillet which we got 35% off. Amazing dining experience, I can highly recommend this restaurant. Across the road is the residents hotel which you are allowed to use after 6pm, this includes the indoor pool and sky bar.The outside pool bar is the Helios which provides most of the drinks around the pool throughout the day, this area is also where you will find the evening entertainment. There is also a street food lab by the pool for more common snacks, chips burgers etc. They now have a bar down at the beach which is just through the back of the pool. Drinks as expected with A.I are local, especially the beer, after 2 days I was on spirits.The pool itself is open from 10am, you will have no worries about reserving beds there are loads, don't bother with inflatables they are banned. For those who want to visit Rhodes town there is a bus stop outside the hotel and will take you there costing 4 euros or book the regular coach from the hotel costing 12 euros return. So rating our stay overall was excellent. Love this place, will start saving to go again.
