Atlantica Imperial Resort

Our stay at Atlantica was honestly better than we could have ever imagined. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail made our anniversary celebration truly special. The anniversary extras, including a room upgrade and private pool, completely exceeded our expectations. The room itself was absolutely beautiful with luxurious and amazing amenities which made the whole experience feel incredibly special and relaxing. Every morning, the Red Carpet Service breakfast was a highlight. The welcoming, friendly and attentive team made it the perfect way to start our days. The outstanding service throughout the hotel, from the pool bars to the restaurant staff and everyone we met, made our stay truly memorable. The food options for lunch and dinner were excellent, and we also enjoyed the alternative food venue for delicious and affordable gyros. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and relaxing for couples, creating a lovely atmosphere each night. The convenient beach access was a huge plus, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the sea and relaxing by the water. Overall, this was such a memorable anniversary holiday and we wish we could have stayed longer. We truly appreciate everyone at Atlantica for making our trip so special and would love to return one day.

This was the fifth time staying at this superb hotel. Everything from check in to the food, drinks, service was faultless. We had our preferred room location as requested which as usual was spotlessly clean as are the hotel grounds. Helpful, friendly staff really make you feel welcome. A special mention to Paris in the pool bar(who has great memory for room numbers and drinks orders). Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel and received an upgrade. Room was amazing and very clean. Staff are very nice. Bus stop right outside hotel to take you to Rhodes. The restaurant is chaos and it's hard to get your meal without being pushed. Snack bar is great. Nice cocktails. The breakfast is very good. I would return.

Myself and my wife had two scrubs at the Aegeo Spa within the Atlantica Imperial Hotel at the start of our holiday and then two Cretan massages a few days later. Juan helped us figure out which massages/treatments we wanted to go for and was really helpful and friendly. Our massage therapists were Mar (for both scrub and massages), Bayiona (for the scrubs) and Dafni (for the massages). All were brilliant at their job and really helped us unwind and start the holiday off right. The facilities were great and very relaxing and the rest of the staff that helped us navigate the spa and book our treatments were very helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend and if we are at this hotel again, we'll definitely be back!

Just returned from a fantastic 10 days at this resort . We had room 505 overlooking pool and view of sea the Room was kept immaculate every day and the fridge stocked every day if you required. Now the highlight was the restaurant if you. Suffer food intolerances like us both please make a appointment at reception when you arrive to see Nikkos head chef he will have a meeting with you and everyday him or sous chef nikkos 2 will cater for you every needs . My wife likes her puddings and nikkos went out his way to make some gluten free options the meringue was her favourite thank you to two nikkos and restaurant staff for making dining easy. The swimming pool is large and the sun beds are so comfy. The night time entertainment was varied and relaxed and the firework display on the beach was a nice touch . The roof top bar was our favourite after dinner and the bar staff worked non stop. The only slight moan and it didn’t affect us as we already booked a late check out room is if you haven’t you can’t book one till the day you return and it is 160 euros for four hours max this is wrong especially like us us if you didn’t arrive at the resort till 1 pm the room should be free until at least 5pm but as i say a minor complaint over a fantastic holiday .
