Atlantica Imperial Resort

Wow! What a great holiday we’ve just had. We arrived 27/06/26 ,( temperatures 33–35 degrees zero rainfall, zero clouds ALL WEEK )and were greeted with a glass of bubbly and a cool towel. Super friendly and easy check in process and we were then escorted via electric buggy to our room. We stayed in a standard room (319) with a balcony over looking the swim up rooms below, very close to the main building. It was exceptionally clean with a fully stocked drinks fridge which got replenished each day along with crisps and mixed nuts. My only fault with the room and entire holiday was the really stupid bathroom design. It had no main door and only glass, unlockable doors, open top and bottom on the separate toilet and shower. It must have been designed by a man who doesn’t understand that sometimes ladies need a sink next to the toilet, to deal with “lady times”. It was highly difficult, with zero privacy. We had to announce when we were in there and what we were doing! My husband and I had to take it in turns to vacate the room to the balcony so we could poop in private 😆 There are some things that should remain private in a marriage, even after 20years! The entire hotel is health conscious with 97% natural products in the bathroom and the food buffet was fantastic. Lots to choose from with little extras that most All inclusive miss, like nuts and seeds and healthy additions. Not a chicken nugget insight! But when they did cook “naughty food” it was wood fired pizzas and real hand made fish fingers. Amazing creative chefs and pastry chefs. Deserts to die for! Be prepared to eat your weight in cake and puddings! The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained and clean and sunbeds aplenty. I had a Cretan full body massage in the spa which cost €100 which was a real treat. Lovely gentle mannered staff. ALL members of staff from Housekeepers, grounds and FOH were friendly, happy to help, easy to like and super attentive. We felt so looked after and spoilt. No one expects tips although we did tip at the end of our stay into tip jars for each department. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience. The aromatic atmosphere created a calm and peaceful environment. The massage itself was excellent. It was very relaxing, with just the right amount of pressure. The therapist communicated with me during the massage to make sure the pressure and techniques matched my preferences, which I really appreciated. I left feeling refreshed and at ease. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality, relaxing massage.

Nara from the spa was exellent!

We went for our honeymoon and were greeted with a glass of champagne and a cold towel which was a great start but then we got upgraded to a duplex room with a swim up which made whole honeymoon fantastic. The upgrade came with a few extra perks which we are very thankful for 🙏🏻. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well looked after. Beach is well kept and very cute in the evening. But the most important part of the experience were people who looked after us. We were checked in by Gina and checked out by Lou who always answered our questions during the stay and made sure we had great time. In Ginger restaurant we were looked after by Vangelis who was super friendly and professional which left us impressed. Breakfast was our favourite meal because we went to the Blue By restaurant and we always had our fab three- Maro, Vaso and Kiki ❤️. These ladies made us feel so welcome, made sure we had fun and made sure we were full (our mornings back home now feel very boring). For the evening atmosphere we always went to the Helios Pool Bar and we made a friend- Panagiotis. He was always happy to see us, suggested nice cocktails, frequently checked on us and was simply a very friendly person who made the experience more memorable. We also loved the adorable black cat family who lives on the premises! Kittens come out in the evening and are very playful. We had the best time at this resort and we have already recommended this place to a few people. Miss you guys!!! 🇬🇷🇬🇧
