⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Hotel We've Ever Stayed In As someone who's had a lot of experience working in customer service, I know it isn't easy to deliver an outstanding experience consistently across every aspect of a hotel. It's also not an easy job working long hours in the heat, which made us appreciate the staff even more. Every member of the team was friendly, hardworking and incredibly efficient, and we were genuinely impressed by how smoothly everything was run. I've stayed in a 5-star hotel in Cancun, Mexico before, and I can genuinely say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The buffet is extensive, with so much choice, but it's the little touches that really make it stand out, extra sauces and accompaniments, incredible desserts, and even the occasional glass of champagne. The food has been consistently excellent throughout our stay. The staff are incredibly attentive, the drinks are expertly made (a special thanks to Angel!), and everything throughout the hotel feels so well organised. You can tell that a huge amount of thought goes into creating the best possible guest experience. The entertainment also completely exceeded our expectations. A special shout-out to Jenny and Paris, who were absolutely fantastic and really helped make our holiday so memorable. The rooms were exceptionally clean, so shout out to the cleaning staff, and nothing was too much trouble. Lastly, we were also really impressed that when you bought a float for the pool in the store on site, they blew it up for you. Just a nice touch which was appreciated! :) Thank you to everyone for such an amazing stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return and will be recommending this hotel to our family and friends. ❤️

The hotel is beautiful, the location is great, the food is delicious but it is the staff that make this place special. We stayed in the residences part of the hotel in swim up rooms with two older teenagers and it was the best place we have every stayed. The staff, especially everyone in the Blue Bay restaurant and Sky Bar are so welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond to look after you. The Sky Bar pool during the day and in the evening for cocktails and card games (with Orsy's lucky mojito!) was just perfect. The food in the main buffet restaurant was better than we have had in previous hotels - good quality meat and fresh food and huge amounts of choice. There was more evening entertainment that we were expecting and lots of different areas to sit and enjoy cocktails. We were on an all inclusive package and think it was worth the extra as the cocktails were so good! There is one large main pool with plenty of sun loungers although these did get very busy and it was hard to find shade. The hotel is right on the beach with sun loungers, cabanas to hire and watersports and nice to have a swim in the clear, calm sea. We will definitely go back as the staff make this hotel so special.

We arrived at the hotel and were offered a glass of sparkling wine and a cold towel which was greatly appreciated. We were marvelling at how nice the hotel was and then we were told we were staying at the residences across the road. We were taken across the road in a golf buggy to the other part of the hotel and it was even more beautiful. We were taken to our suite and shown around and it did not disappoint. A bottle of prosecco was chilling. As we were late food had already been served but there were sandwiches in the fridge. Next morning we opened the blinds to see the sea from our bed. We went to breakfast and had our next experience with the staff. They really make an effort to be friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful and of good quality. We had never stayed at a child free hotel before and was surprised at the difference it made. We went for a special birthday and went all inclusive and red carpet and we were treated so well. Our flight back was late evening so we checked out as normal and booked a shower room later in the day. We ate as usual in the restaurant and chilled by the pool after checking out. Everything was so well thought out it was a delightful experience that i would recommend to anyone.

We stayed at Atlantica Imperial Resort in Rhodes in June 2025 ( i couldn't put 2025 in the top part ) and, oh my, it did not disappoint! ❤️ We stayed in the Residences in a swim-up room, and honestly, we had the most amazing time. The food was incredible, with such a huge variety to choose from, and the snacks throughout the day were amazing too. There was always so much to choose from! The drinks were fantastic, and honestly, I couldn’t fault this hotel. The beach was beautiful right on the hotel. Hotel was spotless. Where we stayed was fault quite sadly apart from our noisey neighbours but that wasn't the hotels fault and they kindly moved our rooms. But the most amazing and memorable part of our stay was that I got engaged here! 💍❤️ The hotel made the whole experience so incredibly romantic. They arranged it in a beautiful, secluded spot on top of our building, and it was absolutely perfect. I had absolutely no idea what was happening, which made it even more special. It was honestly a holiday to remember, and I’ll always have such a special place in my heart for this hotel because of it. We also discovered a drink at the Imperial Resort that we loved so much that we’ve decided it’s going to be our speciality drink at our wedding! 🥂❤️ So thank you so much for that too it’s now going to be part of another very special memory for us. We’re actually going away again this September for our anniversary, this time to Mare Ayia Napa. Sadly, I booked very last minute, which is completely my own fault, and we couldn’t get the same type room we had before. Nevertheless, we’re very much looking forward to it and hoping our anniversary trip will be just as amazing and romantic as our stay at the Imperial Resort. Thank you to everyone at Atlantica Imperial Resort for giving us such an unforgettable holiday, helping make our engagement so magical, and even giving us a little something that will be part of our wedding day. ❤️💍🥂 We’ll always have such special memories of this place!

Fantastic Resort. Very Clean and the staff is supportive. We like it a lot. Best spot for sunbathing is under trees next to the main pool or also next to the beach. We was on a half board, food in the main restaurant is ok. Recommended: when you want eat in one of the other restaurants make early enough booking. We was not able to get a table in one of them. ( this is the point I complain) Rooms are nice, we was in the residence building.
