5 star experience all the way . Started off strong with our bags immediately being taken when we pulled up in the coach , handled a glass of bubbles and checked in by a really friendly reception team . Our room was stunning overlooking the pool and sea and by far the nicest room we have stayed in recent memory with everything you could need ( and complimentary drinks in the fridge replenished daily . On to the food / facilities : just a stunning location truly cannot be bettered , right on the beach ( bring beach shoes ) and a beautiful backdrop . We utilised both the quiet pool and normal one both lovely with staff appearing throughout the day to take drink orders . Just a chilled atmosphere and plenty of places to choose where to sit for the day ( no need to particularly rush for sunbeds we just did it to ensure we got our favourite choice but all are great ( grass , beach and pool ) The food was so so varied and we had something different every single day for both lunch and dinner - delicious . Special mention to ‘Mylos’ which we tried one night the à la carte . Every single member of staff was friendly efficient and unbelievably quick - despite the size of the hotel we never had to wait for anything and the second you sat down , your order was taken . They deserve every praise and more . All in all a fantastic holiday and we can’t wait to go back . My parents celebrated a special anniversary and birthday when we were here and we were treated to bottles of bubbles and cake . My partner and I stayed in a double swim up room with red carpet in the residences, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had on holiday. First of all, it was my 30th and the staff left a little birthday cake for me for my arrival, which was very exciting. The room and the shared pool were both immaculate, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief given the temperatures we had during our stay, in fact it was so good we had to turn it off at night because it was so cold! We were half board during our stay, which meant we had breakfast in the blue bay restaurant and dinner in the Agora restaurant. While this kept us full for the majority of the time during the day, we did try out the street food lab which offered small meals such as pizza slices, chips, pittas, and burgers. This food I have the say was incredible, alongside the food that was served at breakfast (we would recommend the biscoff pancakes and eggs Benedict), and at dinner in the evening. The location of the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main road where there are shops, bars and restaurants. It is far enough away from the main area to be quiet and chilled around the hotel. The atmosphere in the residence area, including the sky bar, was lovely and relaxed at all times. The are some cats who wander around the main hotel area outside, and for me (a massive cat lover) this was fantastic. I loved how there was water, food, and little houses for the cats dotted around the area, which just shows how much they care for the animals. I want to highlight how fantastic all the staff were in this hotel. Every single staff member made us feel so welcome and comfortable, and went above and beyond for us every second of the day. I want to also give special shoutout to Jenny and Lilibeth in the spa, who gave my partner and I our couples massage. This was by far one of the best massages I’ve ever had!! For us, this holiday was worth every penny. My partner and I got engaged on our holiday, and this hotel was the perfect place for us to celebrate. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special.

Had a fantastic 2 weeks at this hotel. A great location, spotlessly clean, fantastic staff and amazing food. I really couldn't fault it in any way. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

WOW!….. what a absolute stunning place to stay! I honestly have never been anywhere so clean, peaceful and relaxing. I just got back, and I stayed over in the residences with a swim up pool, and red carpet service. The staff at this hotel are welcoming, they check in that your holiday is going well and if they can help with anything, the maids are friendly and extremely polite. They mostly came when we were out on the sunbeds, but politely asked if they could clean and get fresh towels. ( we left the maid a good tip). The atmosphere itself is another level as everyone was friendly, calm and respectful, no party needed as relaxed and enjoyed good music. The food was INSANE! I’m a vegetarian and I found so much choice, varying each night. It was perfect! I didn’t choose all inclusive because we are not big drinkers and on holiday we can’t eat a good breakfast, then go down again for a meal at lunchtime, so we chose to do half board- we paid 240euro at the end for our drinks( it would have been 700 all inclusive so we definitely saved) ! The breakfast at blue bay every morning was what I call ‘ fresh’, Maro is extremely welcoming along with another lady and gent but not hot their names. The food was perfect, I loved the avocado on toast! The area itself we didn’t really explore. Having been to Rhodes before, we knew what some places were like so just had a chill out this time. We are going to book this place again and upgrade to having our own private pool next time- the views are beautiful! Look at my piccys! From room 813- chocolate martini :-)

We stayed in the residences for 11 nights for our honeymoon and I've left a review for them but I wanted to leave a review for the main hotel as well. We were absolutely blown away with it. We had high expectations after reading reviews and the reality was even better. It smelled fantastic, the air con was perfect and the general vibe of the place was very good. Being a same sex couple, we had to google where in the world would be safe to celebrate our honeymoon. We couldn't have felt any safer or more respected and included than we did not just in Greece but in this hotel. We werent the only same sex couple and it was refreshing to be able to just be ourselves and not worry about anything. If you're LGBT reading this, look no further and book this hotel! This is a large resort with plenty of places to rest, relax and explore. Direct access to the beach, a great grassy area, plenty of places to sunbathe or sit and a large pool. The streetbar was a perfect place for an afternoon snack if you miss lunch in the main restaurant which we often did. Evenings in Agora were good and the food was tasty. A lot of options which were repeated at times so my favourite options were those cooked on the fly by the chefs. Ginger and Mylos were exceptional and we fully enjoyed our visits as part of our red carpet AI package. The staff were amazing, shout outs to: Erion who escorted us to our room with our bags. He was very welcoming and we were shocked at how good the welcome was with prosecco and a cold towel. A lovely touch. Denisa, Jenny, Zuzzanna all in the Lounge bar. A fantastic setting to relax with drinks and see out the day. Great views and very attentive staff. Vangelis in Ginger. We loved his visits to the table with our food explaining what was on our plates. Very knowledgable and polite. Dimitris who looked after us at our candlelit dinner. Exemplary service and a great personality! The hotel was spotless and our experience would have been nowhere near as good without the fantastic cleaning team and room attendants. The evening entertainment was very good, especially The Idols, it was like being at an actual concert, they were that good! The only things that did not hit the mark were the candlelit dinner considering the cost attached even for all inclusive guests. The brochure suggests that you get your choice off the menu which could justify the cost but when it still has AI restrictions it seemed steep. The food was very good from Mylos and the service great but €380 just for the occasion was very expensive for what you get. Secondly, the spa experience wasn't as good as we had hoped. It looked old and tired and worn. The guy trying to get sales also gave us 3 different prices which was disappointing. Why not have a price list and offer the best price to begin with? This seemed like they were taking advantage to see what a tourist is prepared to pay. We were offered spa access and a free gift after our treatment but this never materialised. The massage itself left me in agony for the next day. That being said, i'm not sure if Atlantica are responsible for the spa so if we visit again we will just avoid next time. All in all, a fantastic resort with fantastic staff. We wouldclove to visit again for an anniversary one year.
