Atlantica Imperial Resort

Me and my partner have stayed in many hotels over Europe and the Caribbean, I can honestly say this hotel is the best we’ve stayed in The staff go above and beyond to help we whrer stayed over the residence side, and after the third day, it came apparent that our Aircon was broken, the hotel tried its hardest to fix it for us however, we have to move out of the room for the duration of our day. We will thenput over to the main hotel in a suite with a private pool,which I can honestly say was amazing. The hotel is lovely ground which are very well-maintained. The buffet restaurant has excellent choice. I’m a really picky eater, but never had no trouble finding to eat. The food lab at lunchtime was excellent and all three of the à la carte restaurant were very good. We have a foam pool party on our last day I believe this was the first time the hotel had done it, and it was brilliant fun. Me and my partner have always said we would never go back to the same hotel twice, but in this case, we will make an exception and we will be back brilliant hotel

Had an amazing couples massages at the spa. Our therapists Dimita and Evelina were perfect. The space and tranquility exceeded my expectations. I’d come here again. Thank you for ana amazing experience

We have just returned from our honeymoon at this hotel and it was honestly the best. It was our first time staying here, after reading many reviews from other guests who have returned many times, we were sure it would be great, and it was. We will certainly return again too! The hotel itself was immaculate. We stayed in the Residences with a swim up room which was very luxurious. We were welcomed with bubbles on arrival, and more bubbles in our room to celebrate our stay. We had breakfast each morning in blue bay which offers a delicious a la carte menu, I recommend the avocado toast! We were welcomed and celebrated by Vaso and Maro who couldn't do more to ensure we were having the best time. They looked after us every morning and we miss them already. We enjoyed a meal at Mylos where Bruno was an excellent host and the food was amazing, with very professional service from Yannis and Kostas. We booked the candle light dinner on the beach with food from Ginger which was the best night of the holiday, so special and romantic, and exceptional service from our private waiter, Dimitris. We spent many evenings in the sky bar drinking delicious cocktails and enjoying the dancers and music, and fabulous service from Orsy and Kiki. We also met Leila several times who was so kind and generous to us, and even came to see us on our final night where we dined at blue bay for a fine dining experience. The food was absolutely exceptional, along with excellent service from Alex and Vangelo, and our gin experience from Jorge. We even met the chef to thank him for our wonderful evening. We had the most magical honeymoon here and can't wait to come back!

Another fabulous week at the imperial! Once again the staff and hotel were wonderful. Starting with Thanos in reservations for his understanding and also sorting out my family visit next year. The breakfast team were so welcoming in the residence, Kiki during the daytime as on point as ever and it was lovely to have Orsy greet us every night in the sky bar. Chrysha at the main restaurant was just amazing. Jessica brings a real fun atmosphere to the evening at the main bar and she is so hard working and cares about her customers along with Jenny. It was great to see Maria and Leila ( thank you both for making our anniversary so special) in guest relations every day with a smile on their face and it was a wonderful surprise to see George back in the restaurant. We had a beautiful meal in Ginger for our anniversary where Georgios was an attentive as always. And finally it is always a pleasure having Nicole on reception dealing with any queries. As I’m sure most are, these members of staff are so consistent in their approach and professionalism and a reason we will continue to return. We can’t wait to come back again next year with our whole family! Thank you Rob and Davina

We had an amazing stay. The food was fantastic - the main restaurant had a huge variety and there was always plenty of seating available on the terrace or inside. The staff were very kind and friendly - how Anna remembers everyone’s room number is beyond me! Eating at Ginger was a highlight - delicious food. There was always space available be it round the pool, on the lawn, at the beach or by the quiet pool - amazing. We booked in for a couples room Cretan massage - Dimitra and Mar really worked on those knots! Again - fantastic. The evening entertainment was perfect for us - mostly low key - acoustic guitar and a singer - some good singers on the entertainment stage but nothing too full on! I really don’t think you can fault this hotel - the only slight disappointment for my husband was the AI beer and for me the lack of a bathroom door to separate it from the bedroom (as some other reviews have mentioned). I did bring this up but I was told all standard doubles had been renovated this way. Morning yoga sessions - another personal highlight, especially on the lawn with a beach backdrop! Sarah and Hans - the Tui staff were lovely (hans was very funny). One final mention for the housekeeping staff who worked tirelessly to keep our rooms beautifully clean! Thank you! We would love to return.
