I highly recommend this hotel and believe it deserves the highest rating in its 4-star category. We had a wonderful holiday here. A special mention goes to the incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. I would especially like to thank the ladies at the reception desk, as well as Maria and Maria at the bar, but also all the other employees for their kindness and professionalism. One of the hotel's greatest strengths is its excellent swimming pools – perfectly designed in terms of size and depth. The beach is located right next to the hotel, which is a huge advantage. The hotel itself is very well maintained and attractive, with a beautifully renovated lobby and restaurant. The food was very good, varied, and everyone could find something they liked. I also have a few comments which I hope the hotel will treat as constructive suggestions for improvement. First, the entertainment activities were conducted exclusively in French. Since a lot of spoken communication is involved, guests who do not speak French are effectively excluded from participating. Our family felt discriminated against in this respect, which should not happen in a hotel welcoming guests from many different countries. Second, the daytime entertainment was, in our opinion, far too loud. Music around the pool creates a pleasant atmosphere, but it does not need to be played at a very high volume throughout almost the entire day. Moments of peace and quiet are also an important part of a relaxing holiday. Third, our room was very good overall, but unfortunately there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom drainage system. To the hotel's credit, they immediately offered us a different room without any issues. However, in my opinion, this problem could be solved with a very simple and inexpensive solution: installing proper drain traps (siphons), which effectively prevent unpleasant odours from coming back through the pipes. Despite these few remarks, we rate our stay very highly. It was a truly enjoyable holiday, and I can confidently recommend this hotel to other guests. It is definitely one of the best 4-star hotels we have had the pleasure of staying in. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We wanted to sit outside on the beach in front of the hotel where there were plenty of sun loungers not being used. A young boy came up to us disrespectfully asking for money for sun lounges, this young man wasn’t in any uniform with his headphones in with a plastic cup in his hand. Have been going to the same sun loungers, on the beach not affecting the hotel, no where near the hotel, for the past week and never been questioned. The young gentlemen then went and got a manager, as we did not believe him and he hadn’t asked anyone else on the beach and didn’t look legitimate so we didn’t give him any money as it looked like a scam and carried on sitting. The manager was extremely rude to me and my partner and demanded that we leave his part of the beach, was still asking for €20 each for the whole day for the sun loungers. The manager was watching us the entire time and kept saying “you will get up and leave” and “This is my part of the beach, you leave” not giving us any time to even get up and kept harassing us even though we were leaving. For the past week there has been no issue for us and many other people through the week who today, were not asked about money, there are no signs and no one told us we had to pay. We were disgusted by the unprofessional behaviour of the manager and how disrespectfully and condescendingly handled the situation in the public veiw.

We booked a superior room with sea view. When we arrived we got told that they were overbooked and the we have to stay for one night in a room with land view. We booked 6 months!!! before departure. The next day we got a Jacuzzi room. We told them that we have not booked a Jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi rooms are very old and dirty. They have the most unfriendly reception staff I have ever seen. If you have a problem or complain, they treat you like you are stupid and are not willing to find a solution for you. Only the staff at the pool bar and in the restaurant are friendly. The rooms were dirty and in bad condition. It is really not worth the money. If you are planning to go to Rhodes, you better can book a different hotel. Tui should consider to not offer vacations for this hotel anymore.
