I did not see myself becoming one of those people who go to the same place and hotel every year until I visited Esperos blue. On arrival you get offered a welcome drink of Prosecco (very nice touch) and a very nice member of staff drives you to your room with your luggage. The room was spacious, clean and we had a huge balcony. The room was cleaned each day if you wanted it to be and the cleaning staff very friendly and polite. The grounds are kept clean and there’s so much to explore, I recommend walking round the paths and exploring the seating areas for some good views and also walk up to the chapel at the top which was gorgeous. The onsite shuttle bus is 24/7 which is great and it goes from the top to the bottom gate, it also goes to the beach until about half 7pm! Very easy and frequent. The main hotel which houses the pools, restaurant and lobby etc is very modern and extremely well kept. Staff are polite and it’s a relaxing atmosphere. Pool towels are available each day from the pool staff member. The restaurants were great, the buffet selection was like no other, we ate there almost every night and had something completely different each time. The onsite burger restaurant is a must, this was our favourite meal of the holiday! Renting a car from the hotel was extremely easy. We picked the car and day we wanted it and then picked it up from across from the hotel and returned. We paid €50 for the day and then filled up with petrol before handing back. Worth every penny! I’m sure you could get is cheaper but the convenience was second to none. The onsite shop was a god send, we were never out of it for water, snacks etc and has good opening hours! It has everything you need! You get the bus to Rhodes outside the hotel gate at the bottom of the hill, €5 return from Rhodes town. On our checkout day, we phoned reception and within 60 seconds a driver was at our room to pick us up with our bags and take us to the main reception. We kept our suit cases in the holding room and spent the day at the pool as we were booked into the courtesy room at 4:30pm to get showered and ready for our transfer pick up. Every hotel should have this!!! It has a shower, sink, towels, shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer and it was of course free, no charge included to use this room. We also spent the day at the beach one day which is for hotel residents only, staff were brilliant and attentive and we paid €20 total for the beds, fully recommended this. The food was also good. I also loved the peacocks pondering around the grounds the were gorgeous!!! Overall I cannot fault my experience, the most relaxed I have been on holiday ever and already looking to come back !!
Fantastic Hotel. Stayed in a Suite and was very spacious. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Staff were excellent and so friendly. Entertainment was repeated weekly and although good would have been nice to see something different on 2nd week. Food outstanding and so much choice. Will definitely return.
Everything just Perfect! Lovely People…. Outstanding Service…. Great View.
A beautiful hotel across the hillside above Faliraki. Staff across the hotel were friendly and attentive, and were extremely helpful when it came to further information about Rhodes or assistance with luggage etc. The shuttle bus service from the top of the hill down to reception, the main gate and the beach is great, and makes getting around the site easy. Definitely head up to the top of the hill to see the view. Stayed in a sea view room which was spotless on arrival, and cleaned as required during our stay. Food in the buffet restaurant was very good with a rotating theme each night, with plenty of choice. Food from the à la carte restaurant was also good. Entertainment in the bar each night was a nice touch, with a couple of acts able to perform out on the terrace as the weather allowed. The buses to Rhodes run from the main road outside the hotel and make it easy to visit the old town.
The service from reception to the restaurant and bar was excellent. Attentive and caring, clearly focused on making us feel welcome. The suite we stayed in was really nice and refreshed everyday, great facilities, the pool and loungers were relaxing and lovely. A super selection of food for breakfast and the evening meal, good quality and plenty of choices. The restaurant staff are faultless, very attentive and helpful. The price for extra drinks and food was very reasonable and a good quality. A really enjoyable week, relaxing and generally feeling good. A special mention to Natalia and Harris in the restaurant and Panagiota at reception, who made our stay so enjoyable. Looking forward to coming again! *Visit the on site Chapel the inside will blow you away!
