Esperos Blue Village

If you are planning to propose in Rhodes, look no further than Esperos Village Blue & Spa. My amazing experience started weeks before we even arrived, and it is all thanks to one extraordinary person. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Andrea from the Guest Relations team. I was planning a surprise wedding proposal at the hotel's beautiful viewpoint, and Andrea was my absolute lifesaver throughout the entire planning process. I had many specific, last-minute requests regarding the setup, the exact timing to catch the perfect "Golden Hour" sunset lighting, and the camera angles. Andrea answered every single email promptly with incredible patience and professionalism. She even went to the location physically to measure distances and test the lighting just to ensure our photos would be flawless! None of this magic would have happened so seamlessly without her dedication and genuine care. On the day of the proposal, everything was executed flawlessly. The private shuttle picked us up exactly on time, and the rose petals setup was elegant and breathtaking. I also want to send a huge and special thank you to Panagiota, who was there to assist us during the actual moment. She was so warm, made us feel incredibly comfortable, and captured the most beautiful videos and photos of the proposal without interfering with the intimacy of the moment. The hotel itself is stunning, but it’s the staff’s heart and soul that make this place truly a 5-star paradise. They turned a very stressful planning process into a smooth, unforgettable dream. Thank you, Andrea, Panagiota, and the entire team, for making the best day of our lives so perfect. We will definitely be back!

We are currently staying at this resort and everything is incredible, the managers are lovely & so hands on. All the staff in the panarama restaurant are welcoming and friendly although Haris has ruined our dining experience several times with his bad manner towards us and other guests. But apart from him the rest of the staff are the sweetest! The food has been incredible we have loved every meal and the chefs are happy to help with dietary requirements.

We stayed at Esperos Village in Rhodes from July 1st to July 5th, 2026, and unfortunately our experience did not live up to the expectations created by a hotel in this category. The main disappointment was our room. We booked a room type that, according to the photos and description, clearly appeared to offer direct access to the pool. Instead, we were assigned room 025, which simply has a standard balcony overlooking the pool, with no direct pool access at all. The presentation of this room category is, in our opinion, misleading. If you are considering spending around €500 per night, make sure you fully understand what you are actually booking. Our first negative impression came immediately after arrival. During check-in on July 1st, we requested two toothbrushes from reception. They were delivered more than two hours later, after we had already gone to a nearby shop and purchased them ourselves. Such a delay is difficult to justify in a property that promotes itself as a luxury resort. Another major issue was the poor soundproofing. Throughout our stay, we struggled to sleep because noise from neighboring rooms and guests returning late at night continued until around 3:00 a.m. A restful night’s sleep is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel of this standard and price. The final disappointment occurred on the day of departure. After four nights of very little sleep and before facing a long 12-hour journey home with multiple connections, we politely asked whether it would be possible to extend our check-out until 1:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 a.m. We were immediately informed that the extra two hours would cost €60. There was no attempt to accommodate us, no flexibility, and no acknowledgment of the issues we had experienced during our stay. As hotel owners ourselves, we understand the importance of hospitality, guest care, and customer satisfaction. That is exactly why we feel confident in saying that the level of service we received was well below what should be expected from a hotel positioned in this price range. Overall, we do not believe this property justifies its average rate of approximately €500 per night. While the resort makes a good first impression visually, the quality of service and the overall guest experience simply do not match the price. In our view, the value offered is far closer to that of a much lower-priced hotel. Our recommendation is to consider other nearby resorts that provide a much better balance between quality and cost. We have stayed at the Gran Palladium and found the service, attention to detail, and overall value for money to be on an entirely different level.

This is simply unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer a luxury experience. Another major issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. We were unable to get a proper night’s sleep during our entire stay. Noise from neighboring rooms and guests partying until 3:00 a.m. made it impossible to rest. This is not what anyone should expect from a hotel in this price range. The final disappointment came on the day of check-out, July 5th. After four sleepless nights and with a 12-hour journey home ahead of us, including multiple layovers, we politely asked if we could keep the room until 1:00 p.m. instead of the standard 11:00 a.m. check-out. The receptionist told us that we would have to pay an additional €60. There was no empathy, no flexibility, and no consideration whatsoever for the inconvenience we had experienced throughout our stay. We are hotel owners ourselves, so we know exactly what quality hospitality and customer care should look like. For this reason, we can confidently say that the treatment we received was far below the standards expected from a hotel in this category. In our opinion, this hotel is absolutely not worth the approximately €500 per night it charges. Its real value is closer to €100 per night. It looks impressive at first glance, but the service and overall guest experience fall far short of expectations. Our advice is to avoid this hotel and consider other nearby properties that offer much better value for money. We have had far better experiences at the Gran Palladium, where the quality of service, attention to guests, and overall value for money are on a completely different level

From start to finish our stay at Esperos was absolutely amazing. First of all a massive thank you to the everyone at reception who went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible , Yannis was amazing from the start of our holiday assisting us to our room in the early hours of us arriving with a warm smile. a very big thank you to Angeliki for always bringing such a beautiful smile to our stay and for going above and beyond to help us your amazing. A very special thank you to guest relations Andrea , Nicki and yota who assisted my partner in making our engagement the best it could possibly be and for being such amazing ladies , always happy to help nothing was ever too much and were always up for a chat. , They are truly amazing at their roles and no words could ever thank them enough. Next a very special thank you to Noula and Olga who always always made our breakfast and evening meals so enjoyable , again nothing was ever too much for them such kind ladies who are absolutely amazing at their jobs. Then a massive thank you to Savvas for always bringing a lovely personality to assisting us with our drinks in the evening again you are absolutely amazing at your role. If you’re thinking of staying at this hotel… DO IT. Each and everyone of the staff are amazing nothing is too much for them to assist you with and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful.
