There is a black card experience available to the guests staying in the adults only area, which seems to generate many of the best reviews.  If you're like us on the basic AI package, one restaurant (E'Toile) and bar you are excluded from altogether.  So aside from your 3 a la carte meals per week, its really the same place you have to go for 3 meals a day, day in, day out which is the main restaurant. The pluses Nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds and pillows A general splendour about the place with ornamental lights adorning the estate. Jasmine planted everywhere making the estate smell lovely. High standard of cleaning and general maintenance Everything nicely spaced out, and flat with a lagoon style pool system Preallocated sun beds and s shaded area outside your room Equisite food both at the buffet and a la carte Staff very nice and they work long shifts Some decent evening entertainment if that's your scene Decent gym and spa with reasonable prices The minuses WiFi was unreliable and slow. Best to ensure you have a good data roaming plan ahead of your trip! Whilst the main restaurant was fine for dinner, I found it inconvenient having to go there for breakfast and lunch every day as well. The trouble with the main restaurant is that you have to queue up, wait to be seated and then dine with 70 odd other people. In the morning you might be battling time change, sleep inertia etc and don't want to face the kaos of the breakfast buffet. My partner isn't a morning person so I just wanted a latte and croissant for him to take back to the room. The waiters had little brown bags on their person, but I had to go up and ask a waiter if I could have a bag and a couple of takeaway cups. It was an awkward experience for me and I felt like a nuisance which I shouldn't be made to feel on holiday. To be honest it bothered me every day for two weeks. There is 'The Coffee House' but it doesn't open until at least 11am and the last seating for breakfast in the main restaurant is at 10:15 leaving anyone waking up late without access to food for best part of an hour, which I think is poor for an all inclusive.  'The Coffee House' is more akin to a Viennese cake shop heavily focussed on sweet desserts. Sacha Torte is lovely but I don't want it every day on a summer holiday. .. Warm options there are limited to quiche and spanikopita. Similarly for lunch sometimes you just want some relaxed and casual snack food to pair with your beer such as Pizza, Gyros, fries etc. There wasn't anywhere you could go to order casual bar food on the all inclusive.  It seems like in an effort to be "5 star", in my opinion the hotel has made the experience rigid and formal bordering on inconvenient. I was also told that I "wasn't allowed" to take any sort of snack with away from the coffee shop by a male member of staff.  When you've spent upwards of 5 grand for two adults, the words 'not allowed" in response to a perfectly reasonable request, I find really irksome.  Undrinkable wine on A/I.  You were limited to one brand called LATO on the A/I package for red, white and rose and I found this undrinkable along with the sparkling wine. Apparently I'm not the only one who thinks so, Vivino rates Lato red as a 2.2 out of 5. Not good enough for a 5 star all inclusive...   They don't include little things like bar nibbles such as nuts/crisps/pretzels - you have to go down to the shop and bring your own to the bar which seems odd to me. The picture of the beach on their website sadly does not reflect reality, it is also rarely above 30% capacity probably because it isn't included in the A/I package.  Tui advertises this as a blue flag beach but the coastline is shabby and run down.  Although the hotel was in proximity to the beach it wasn't positioned on it and therefore lacked stunning beach views. You could see the sea in the distance but if you appreciate a glistening ocean backdrop as a central feature and part of your holiday experience, this hotel doesn't really offer that. I think the pictures on the website are misleading in that respect.  Horses for courses obviously but for me I missed being on the beachfront and would have preffered more dining locations for breakfast and lunch to suit mood and energy along with a decent wine choice. I wouldn't choose to stay here again. This hotel could be much more customer focused. I have travelled extensively for work and leisure and stayed in many luxury hotels that I feel are more in tune with what holiday makers truly want and value and are more inclined to say "yes of course" rather than "no you're not allowed".  Suggestions Open the Coffee House at 9am and serve bakery quality croissants or some bagels with cream cheese etc.  Failing that, at least offer a "grab and go" corner of the main buffet which is easily accessible and offers take away pastries and coffee without having to sit down. This should be available at least until The Coffee House opens.  Allow for a casual food outlet for lunch within the A/I plan. The beach bar would be the obvious solution, its a shame the hotel is so steadfast on keeping this out of the A/I offering. They claim it is to stop non-hotel guests from using it but they have technology to check your names against your room number that they use in every other part of the hotel so I don't buy it. The choice not to include the beach bar must be financial or logistical.  People spend a lot of money to be here so a better choice of wine should be offered on your A/I.

The hotel is wonderful, we stayed in the adult only section which came with a black card, worth every penny and great value for money. It meant that we could use the a la carte restaurants and have breakfast in the rooftop restaurant called L'Etoile. The staff were lovely, smiling and happy and had the best approach to their guests. We were especially taken by both Jonita and Michail the Captain in L'Etoile, who were welcoming, friendly and very efficient. My husband loved the coffee shop and Eriola was so good with the milkshakes :-) always smiling and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, lovely and quiet and immaculately clean. You can see how much organisation and effort goes into the hotel to maintain its high standards. The location is good with a bus service right outside of the hotel. The beach is nearby and easily accessible on foot or dropped off by hopping on one of the hotels buggies. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel. We were in the adult only area with a Junior suite. The room was superb and has everything you need. Pool area and pool bar was really good. We had an all inclusive package and the quality of the drinks did not disappoint. The standard of food in the main restaurant was of a high quality and each day we had many different options. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The Staff were friendly and professional and we couldn't get over how clean everywhere was.

We were a couple staying at La Marquise Luxury Resort Complex on the beautiful island of Rhodes in mid-May 2026. The resort consists of a number of relatively low-rise buildings with different types of rooms, spread across a large and idyllic park-like area. What makes the place particularly special are the swimming facilities, where the central area is made up of different zones connected by canals, creating one large interconnected pool complex. In addition, the hotel has its own beach area, where guests can enjoy comfortable sun loungers. The hotel made a very positive impression, with a high standard in both services and overall finish. Everything was consistently well maintained and spotless, and this is clearly a hotel that puts significant effort into ensuring that everything is always neat and tidy. Throughout our stay, we were met by highly professional and friendly staff. We were also very pleased with the breakfast buffet, which offered an exceptionally wide selection, with the food stations distributed throughout the large dining area in a way that prevented long queues from forming. We also enjoyed some very good lunch meals at the hotel’s pool bar, although our best dinner experiences were at restaurants outside the hotel. It is worth noting that there is only a limited selection of independent restaurants and bars near all-inclusive hotels, which are numerous in this area. These hotels generally operate systems that encourage guests to commit to the hotel’s booking routines, dining schedules, and restaurant offerings. Especially during the low season, there is relatively little activity or atmosphere in the surrounding areas. We therefore chose to explore the excellent dining options in the small town of Faliraki, located about eight minutes south of the hotel by local bus. Overall, we had an excellent experience during our stay at La Marquise, and we can give the hotel our highest recommendations.
