Stayed in this hotel for a week, and I don't understand how this hotel is 4-star. If you want a quite place, don't go here. The positive was that the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and they all spoke English very well. The other positive thing were the cats. They are strays, and you shouldn't touch them, but during each meal you had a lot of company from begging cats, and they are adorable! The location of the hotel is right next to an extremely busy road. The road leads from the airport to Rodos-city, and all the tiny villages in the area are connected to this road. Therefore it's busy with heavy traffic 24/7! On top of that, the wind blows from sea to the hotel, amplifying the sound and battering the hotel. We had a room with sea view, and the road was right below our balcony. The view was absolutely amazing, but we couldn't sit on the balcony because of the traffic sound. It was horrible. The sound of the animation was also very loud. It started at 18.00 hour and lasted until 23.30 hour. Then there was the room. It was dated, but clean enough. Not super clean. The bed was hard, but you can ask for a topper at the reception and housekeeping will put it on your bed. The pillows were various forms of brick, or almost without stuffing. The bathroom was a disaster. Super tiny, and the shower was installed in a bathtub in an awkward angle and therefore I was really afraid I'd slip and fall. The sink didn't provide a lot of room for toiletries. The towel rack was right above the toilet (gross!) and it was the only place to hang a towel. Adding a hook or two on the door would fix a lot. There was also no space to place your suitcase. The choice in food was limited. They did change the menu every day, and of course you get Greek food. But all the food was cold, and at best luke-warm. The desserts were the same every day, just a different flavour of petit four or jello. The choice of drinks and snacks for an all-inclusive hotel was sad. You can get either alcohol, drinks with bubbles, or a disgusting cup of coffee. The snacks were limited to a couple of pastries and a cookie. I would have liked some options for fruit, yoghurt, or maybe even crisps during the day. There were some places to lounge. The lobby had a couple of sagged couches, and it was always busy and loud. Not really made for relaxing. The pool area was fine to relax, but the pool was green with algae and the water was cold. My advice is to go to the sea and swim there. Bring water shoes because it's a pebble with sand beach. Close to the hotel is a taxi stop. I do advice to take the cab. The prices are fixed (there's an extra fee when they pick you up from the hotel) and it's not expensive. All in all, I wouldn't go here again and I wouldn't recommend someone going here.
Our visit to Sirene Beach was nothing short of amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room over looking the sea which was perfect as this holiday was our honeymoon! Our room was cleaned every day and was fresh. The pool was a little cold but that is what you want when you're boiling by the pool. If you are not a cat person then Rhodes is not for you. We enjoyed the morning, afternoon and evening visits from the kitty's of the island and yes we did name them! The food was great with lots of variety each night and greek night was fantastic! The hotel is great location and everything is walking distance from shops and even to old town down the coastal walk which we thoroughly enjoyed. All taxi drivers are friendly and knowledgeable about the island and tell you great places to check out. We can't wait to return.
The Ukrainian woman at the reception was really rude and annoying. Her behavior was so unpleasant that it makes me not want to return. It’s a shame, because everyone else at the hotel was lovely—especially the Filipino staff, who were wonderful. A special shout-out to Konstantina in the bar; she was an absolute star with a smile on her face every single day."The housekeeping was excellent—the cleaners did a 10/10 job and the room was spotless. As for the food, I’d give it a 7/10. The dining schedule was too rigid. If you missed the set meal time, you had to wait for the next service, which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant closes at 9:00 PM, which felt a bit early. However, one thing to note is that the pool was freezing cold in April, which was a bit of a disappointment."
In short, everything was excellent, the food, the room and especially the staff. And the lovely Adrianna (I may have misread her name) at the mini market.
We had a holiday with my family in this hotel and it was great. Tho location is quite good and the ocean is just across the road. It was very easy ro cross the road and we did not experience any problems with that. Beach has a lot of nice round stones that massage your feet if you walk on them. Or if you are used to step on lego bricks this is easy for u. When you get in the water there is sand under your feet. Staff was very nice and kind in the hotel and during the week we stayed the food was delicious and there was so many sorts of things that you could make different type of meal every day. We loved it. We had all inclusive vacation so we did not have to think about food at alla. There was plenty at almost any time. There is snacks and a bar at the pool so you stayed well hydrated also. The bartender, older man was so nice and had good sense of humor. Also during the evenings they had a bar inside and the bartender there was also great dude. Room was pretty simple and had i guess everything we needed. We did not stay there after all more than nights. Cleaning was great and room was cleaner almost every day. I have no complaints whatsoever about the room. Location is in a walking distance from Rhodes city center. About 2.5 kilometers or something. Very nice walk with ocean view every meter.
