TUI BLUE Lindos Bay

I had a truly lovely stay at Tui Blue Lindos Bay Hotel. The atmosphere felt calm, serene, and welcoming perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel itself is beautiful, set in a peaceful area with its own private beach, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and warm, especially those at reception, cleaning, the kitchen, and the spa; A special mention goes to Adela, Manolis, and Anthoula, whose service really stood out and made my stay feel extra special. Management seems keen on maintaining the standards of professionalism and are open to receiving feedback to capture areas that may need course correcting in regards to how the staff treat guests. One moment that really captured their hospitality was when we arrived very late, long after everything had closed. Without even asking, they had prepared dinner for guests arriving late such a kind gesture that went above and beyond expectations. I also appreciated the small touches, like the bottle of wine waiting in the room upon arrival it made settling in feel that much more enjoyable. While the location is wonderfully peaceful, I would especially recommend it for those who are driving or have their own car, as it makes exploring the area much easier.

Would recommend this hotel for the friendliness of the staff and the amazing entertainment crew The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are beautifully furnished with plenty of hanging and storage space and cleaned daily to an exceptional standard The waiting staff in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful Elenor and Maria were particularly helpful to us The only down side was the temperature of the food and the fact that pork was served every day would have liked more variety there When we had an issue with the room we spoke to Alana the guest relations manager who was exceptional and resolved our issue very quickly The Tui entertainment crew were great fun the evening entertainment was very good and the day time programme catered for everyone Maria with the pool aerobics exercise classes and yoga is amazing some of the best fitness classes I have done. Eliot and Claire with boules and walks around the bay were great fun and so friendly

We were fortunate to be upgraded to the TUI Blu hotel Lindos , beautiful hotel, our room was spacious , clean and had everything you would wish for. Cannot praise the staff enough, all were very helpful, so pleasant and happy to serve and assist . The only negative for us was the food not being hot? The quality was evident but for us British guests , we like hot food. The lovely Adela, our guest relations manager was a star , we spoke with her re the food and she did indeed try her best, she is such a great ambassador for the hotel . Also Eleanor in the restaurant was such fun and Maria too many to mention but all lovely 😻 The entertainment team, Maria, Elliot. Claire, Courtney did a great job getting guests to join in and while in is early in the season they all did a super job of involving us in all the activities. Adults only is a bonus, we had a lovely week

I would like to express my sincere satisfaction with the high level of professionalism and service I experienced during my stay.The guest relations manager, Adela, truly stood out for her dedication and positive attitude. She was constantly present, showing genuine care for the guests and ensuring that everyone was happy and had no complaints. Her prompt responsiveness and ability to handle every situation with a smile and efficiency reflect a true professional in the hospitality industry. At the same time, Manolis from the reception ,demonstrated excellent responsibility and speed in resolving technical issues in the room. Any problems were addressed quickly and effectively, which greatly contributed to the comfort and overall quality of the stay. Special mention should also be made of the cleanliness, which was maintained at an excellent level throughout, as well as the quality of the food, which was consistently very good and well-prepared and very fresh. Although I did not have the opportunity to personally meet the chef to thank them, the quality of their work was evident in every meal.Overall, the teamwork and professionalism of the staff set a great example of outstanding service and significantly enhanced the guest experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The food was excellent with great variety, and the location was truly beautiful and convenient. A special mention goes to the Guest Relations manager, who was always present and ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
