After reconstruction in 2018 hotel looks very nice. It is smaller hotel-complex. Everything is very closely, not so far. The atmosphere is very calm and familiar. It is situated in Vasilikos, about 35minutes by car from the airport. Very peaceful locality. It has perfect position, with beautiful view on the sea. The beach is great, sandy. The sea is clear and calm almost all the day. There is a gentle entrance to the sea. The sea was warm in the beginning of august (about 28°C). Suitable also for children. The beach was not overfulled. The part of the beach has parasols with sunbeds (for charge) and the part of the beach is public (for free). The parasols with sunbeds are also arround the pool (for free). The pool was perfect too, it's temperature was about 28°C. Rooms were average-good, with new furniture, A/C, towels, soap, TV, fridge, blankets. We were missing only hair dryer. If you have the apartement, you have also the little kitchen with basic equipment. You have also very nice balcony or terrace. On the other hand, the services in this hotel were weakless. We didn't found anyone in reception after our arrival. No information, no contact. We had to ask the barman that called the man. Our check-out was also very strange, nobody let us know when we should leave the room, we only let the keys in door, as the others tourists. New, clean towels-only for ask. We had half-board. But it was weak. The food could be better. Many cats were going arround during our breakfast/dinner time. Once we saw the cat walking on the table in restaurant. I hope they cleaned the tables before breakfast/dinner time. After finishing breakfast, we and other tourists had been asked for taking their plates to the desk. There were no else waiter. The worst coffee ever. If you wanted to drink good coffee, you had to go to the bar and pay for it. There was 1 old machine for coffee, juices. The breakfast starts at 8.15, but all the food was served at 8.45. On dinner, you pay only for the drinks, if you have half board. You chose from the menu. If the hotel had better food and services, it could be very nice 4+* hotel. For now, it is 3* for me, only because the deficiences in services and food. The location, beach, sea, pool, surroundings, were perfect and we can recommend this place! For eating- there are many other possibilities. Next beach offers many water sports. Near the hotel are restaurants, other beaches, 1mini market-grocery, servises, e.g. car rental, etc. We have rent a car from Joannas rental, we were very satisfied. It was nice holiday :)

We spent a lovely holiday choosing the Koukis Beach hotel. A wonderful place for people who value relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, located by a beautiful bay. with a sandy beach. At the end of June, the water in the bay was very warm, allowing for long baths. The hotel has a large swimming pool. Rooms clean, cleaned, with a large balcony, with a beautiful view of the sea. The only unpleasant surprise that happened to us on the first day of our stay, there was a dirty uncleaned fridge. Breakfasts without hot dishes, but sufficient. The only problem for those eating breakfast by 2 people was the lack of double tables in the dining room, it was very warm at the tables on the mezzanine. There are three restaurants in Vasilikos, but probably the best one was the hotel one. We recommend spending time in this hotel.
