Very disappointing -- not a 5 star experience Hotel & grounds look beautiful and rooms are great - modern, clean & comfortable. However, the satellite tv only has one English Channel ( BBC news). Good gym on site. Food - recycled & repetitive (and not particularly hot) with no food / snacks available after 9pm until breakfast. Appreciate meals were buffet style but did expect drinks table service at dinner particularly given low occupancy & staff just standing around (plates removed literally within seconds of cutlery being put down). Possibly the worst all inclusive drinks package we have ever experienced. Extremely limited choice with cheap pre made cocktails - absolutely awful. What really lets this hotel down is the customer service. Don’t expect a warm welcome as the vast majority of staff are totally unhelpful, disinterested and bordering on rude. Fortunately, all of these issues are fixable with a good manager and would make this a great hotel.

I gave this hotel 1 star 🌟 that was because I couldn't give it none .If you like cats crawling over the tables wasp flies and sun beds that smell like wet dog , you might like it 🤔 Food always cold literally as soon as they put out lunch or evening meal . Salad very bland , deserts very sickly. Felt very let down miserable staff , hotel literally closing down around us. . No entertainment at all by day evening we seen horrendous Greek dancers shouting out Humpa was to embarrassed to watch them . Had to go out for evening meals after a few days of trying to eat at the hotel . The drinks are of the lowest quality absolutely disgusting . Had the cheek to say a baileys was 5 euros . We ended up spending a lot more money than we intended eating and drinking outside the hotel .Rooms are large but not much storage space 4 hangers ! 1 drawer in the wardrobe . Feel absolutely gutted that we spent almost 2 grand on what was supposed to be 5 star deluxe all-inclusive . Its in a very run down area . The only highlight for us was Christina behind the bar she sadly left the hotel today , god knows how they will cope without her smiling face . The pool area wasn't clean enough ashtrays not emptied for days we seen a wet towel left on a sunbed for 2 days .The steps into the pool were yellow, would not if got in that pool if I was on fire . Hotel no good for anyone with mobility issues its steps everywhere and literally all over the place . Tui rep unhelpful no one cared at this hotel . If this hotel was in England I would send environmental health in to inspect it . During our time going out we found a bar called Brusco fantastic staff friendly staff hit food and decent drinks .Avoid Hamsa unless you don't mind paying 45 euros for 2 drinks .

Crap. Food dire drinks dire entertainment dire .overall experience was terrible . Would never come back if it was free .OK if u like flies wasp and cats galore.

We were really disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Most of the staff were unhelpful and quite miserable — we always had to say good morning first, which says a lot about the atmosphere. Before our holiday, my daughter called and emailed several times to request a ground floor room, as I’d had an accident and needed easy access. When we mentioned this at reception, the man simply said, “You should’ve called,” even though we already had. We were told to come back the next morning, but nobody followed up, so we just stayed in the room we were given. The food was very repetitive and lacked variety. The chef was especially rude — at one point, he even snatched a utensil from one of my family members’ hands. He always looked miserable and made people uncomfortable. There were, however, two lovely ladies who were kind and friendly (one of them also works at the airport), and we really appreciated them. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience let the hotel down. It’s also definitely not wheelchair-friendly, which it does state on their website, but it’s still worth stressing. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and would not stay again.

We had a really nice stay at the hotel. The facilities were clean and well taken care of, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The pool area was especially enjoyable, and the staff around were always kind and professional. One day by the pool we met Lydia, who introduced us to the spa. She was very friendly and helpful, and thanks to her demo massage that we enjoyed a lot. It was a great addition to our holiday.
