Very nice stay. This is our 2nd time visiting. Food plenty of choice, clean room , worth paying the extra for 24/7 aircon. Staff are great and very friendly,

We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room amble space for everyone loads of coat hangers in room staff are really nice and friendly hotel clean overall excellent holiday food was good

What an amazing hotel, Second visit here and the work that has been put in over the winter is absolutely brilliant, Great staff across the board, All hardworking fun and thoughtful, our room was fantastic, clean, well maintained and comfortable, Pool side is great and the bar is well stocked. A brilliant barman with an excellent memory for drinks!!! The food is amazing , well presented and plentiful and the town is vibrant and colourful,Full of restaurants if you fancy a change, Just a little gem that had turned into a big diamond, Thank you for looking after us we will be back.

From start to finish our stay at the hotel was lovely. We stayed in a deluxe room which overlooked the pool. It was clean, tidy and very well maintained. From the minute we arrived we felt welcomed. The barman Stathis was amazing. He remembered our names and drinks and was so lovely, friendly and helpful. The entertainment team, Isabella and Abra were brilliant too. There was a good variety of activities for everyone to get involved in. The pool area was very clean and well maintained and the location was perfect for shops, bars and restaurants. Local buses were easy to use too, very close to the hotel. The food was lovely, well cooked and had lots of variety, however did get a bit repetitive over our 8 night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to say thank you so much to all the staff for a very enjoyable holiday.

Our experience at this hotel was very DISAPPOINTING! One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the free parking, as it was clearly stated in our booking confirmation. However, when we arrived, we were told that the parking was “free upon availability.” This was never mentioned during the booking process. The parking area only accommodates around 10 cars, making it extremely difficult to find a space. We showed our booking confirmation, where there was no indication that parking was subject to availability, but no solution was offered. We were left completely dissatisfied, as we feel this information was misleading. In addition, for an all-inclusive hotel, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. The complimentary soft drinks and beverages were of very poor quality, and most of the food was below average. The only truly positive aspect of our stay was the restaurant staff, who were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. Unfortunately, because of the misleading information regarding the parking and the poor quality of the all-inclusive services, we would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it.
